The company does not offer tracking software for the contractors. My contractor did not do the work assigned. He had an extensive work which was itemized. Never signed into the EHR. He was billed as a highly experienced person, and his resume really reflected that. However, I ended up paying for time that was never worked. Very frustrating. Remote Hero takes no responsibility, but makes sure they get paid, despite near-zero productivity.

Allerdings möchten wir einen Punkt kritisch anmerken:
Die sogenannte Geld-zurück-Garantie ist an die Voraussetzung geknüpft, dass mindestens zehn Gespräche mit Kandidaten geführt wurden. Das bedeutet in der Praxis: Sollte es bereits vor einem Gespräch zu Absagen kommen oder kein vollständiges Meeting stattfinden, greift diese Garantie nicht.

Gerade in Fällen, in denen vielversprechende Kandidaten kurzfristig abspringen oder sich im Nachgang als ungeeignet erweisen, ist das für das suchende Unternehmen mit hohem Zeitaufwand und Unsicherheit verbunden. Es kann sich dadurch ein sehr aufwendiger Auswahlprozess ergeben, ohne dass eine Rückerstattung möglich ist – selbst wenn kein erfolgreicher Abschluss zustande kommt.

In unserem konkreten Fall dachten wir, mit einer Kandidatin aus Russland eine passende Lösung gefunden zu haben. Nach Beauftragung und Vertragsabschluss wurde die vereinbarte Leistung zunächst (eine Website) erbracht. Allerdings wurde diese kurz darauf von der Kandidatin selbst gelöscht, woraufhin sie sich auf sämtlichen Kanälen nicht mehr meldete und unsere Kommunikation blockierte.

Die Grundidee von Remote-Heros ist zwar vielversprechend, wirkt jedoch in der aktuellen Ausgestaltung bisher nicht vollständig durchdacht – insbesondere im Hinblick auf Qualitätssicherung, Verbindlichkeit und Risikoabwägung für die Kunden. Zudem raten wir westlichen Unternehmen angesichts der angespannten geopolitischen Lage zur besonderen Vorsicht bei der Zusammenarbeit mit Bewerber:innen aus osteuropäischen Ländern, wie sie bei Remote-Heros aktuell zu über 90 % angeboten werden.

Wir empfehlen, die Prozesse rund um Kandidatenauswahl, Garantieleistungen und Nachbetreuung weiterzuentwickeln, um das Modell langfristig tragfähig und kundenfreundlich zu gestalten.
