This is an update on my previous review. The portrait actually arrived this morning (ordered it on 24th July). I have to say that the portrait is amazing - far better than I was expecting but the service is really bad. I started the process with my credit card company for a refund. Did not get a tracking number and did not get updated information, just a standard reply. Sadly, will not be using them again although the work is brilliant!

The service was extremely poor the one time that I ordered. In addition, the faces looked photoshopped despite their claim about artists painting them in. I was extremely disappointed.

Wish I could give zero stars. TOTAL SCAM COMPANY SAME HAPPENED TO ME AS PREVIOUS REVIEWS!! SCAM SCAM SCAM!

This is a scam!!! Ordered a portrait in May and still haven’t received it. It’s been over 4 months. Their support replied that the package was lost in the mail. It’s a scam! Do not order!!!!!

Same as all the other reviews. 6 weeks since ordering and no order or response to my inquiries. Took me for almost $300. Scumbags.

SCAMMMMMMM please dont waste your money still waiting ona refund

I should have scouted their site more diligently before ordering. Note there is ABSOLUTELY NO CONTACT NUMBER ON THEIR SITE. also note the contact email on their site is not the contact email on their Instagram account. Absolute SCAM. I have made 4 attempts to get info on my order. It’s been over 2 months since purchase. I am Contesting purchase with my bank tomorrow. So totally disappointed.

I paid extra to rush order my portrait for my Dad’s birthday. I was supposed to receive a tracking number in 1-3 weeks. It’s now been 33 days. I contacted them literally 5 times, not asking for a full refund, just a refund on the extra I spent to have it rushed since I didn’t get what I paid for. A $10 refund. They’ve ignored every request, and when I finally was able to get in touch with someone they pretended they would get back to me the next day, but never did. I still haven’t received my item or a tracking number. Now I’m contesting it with my bank.

I ordered three Royal Portraits on 17 July 2020 and spent £150. I was sent a reference number and told I would receive tracking details in due course. After 5 weeks passed still nothing received, but I had been (and am still) constantly bombarded by email promo from this company offering discounts etc. The marketing all looks very professional. At that 5 week point they sent a ‘checking in’ email implying that my portraits would be with me very soon. I replied to this asking them to send me tracking details. One of their ‘customer service’ people then emailed me back to say one of my photographs was not clear enough and could I send another. I did this immediately and was then given a brand new order number for ALL THREE of the portraits I had ordered and received a message saying ‘thank you for your order’. So the clock started ticking again for my delivery expectations, and having read these reviews I now assume this was just another stalling tactic on their part. If there was a problem with one of my photographs I can not understand why they waited 5 weeks to tell me that?! It is now 3 October 2020 and still nothing. I emailed the company a couple of weeks ago to chase this order and no reply at all. Having read all of your comments it seems as if we have all been well and truly scammed. Does anyone know what we can do to take this further and get our money back? There must be something that can be done under consumer law?

You guys we all need to report them on Instagram, Etsy etc. I just reported the page as fraud to prevent others being scammed.Waited 3 months and called bs. They have a big lawsuit coming

Been over 3 month’s, £85 spent which is a lot of money and like many here I too have not received anything nor a tracking ID. Managed to get a few responses saying my initial order was lost and several times been told it’ll be 2-4 weeks before I’ll receive anything.

Update - updating review as I did finally receive my picture and it is pretty cool- just a shame it took so long as this took the fun and excitement out of the purchase.

Same experience. It has been over 2 months and not 1 response. They never answer my emails and there's no number to call. This company needs to be reported

Ordered 3 months ago, contacted them more than 3 times and they always mention that the package is ready or on the way!!

Same as everyone else. Ordered Portrait over 2 months ago and nothing delivered. Can't call. Emailed and they replied once saying they are working on it. WORST!!

Wow. Their advertising is so professional. Their web page is easy to navigate. Their payment processing is seamless. They just forgot one itsy bitsy detail. They need to produce the product they dupe people into purchasing. I ordered a portrait for my granddaughters 16th birthday over 2 months ago. Still waiting. What a let down. Can't help but think they're aware of their ineptness. Wonder how many payments they'll process today for orders that will never ship? Disgraceful!!!

I would give them ZERO stars if that was an option. This is a SCAM. I ordered a portrait in July and never got it. They have NO PHONE NUMBER to call. When you email their customer support, they don't respond. The only way I got them to contact me was to post bad reviews on their Facebook page. Now they changed it so you can't comment, at least I can't. What a SCAM

Big scam. Ordered two prints / digital downloads:

- the first was ordered 8/14, still haven't received an ETA / shipping info, so stopped cc payment.
- the second was ordered 8/15; received the print but not the digital download, and no word from customer support after a week. Print was a big letdown, and looks like a cut/pasted photoshop job with no shadows, blending, or artists work.

Looks like a classic case of a small company spending big to generate demand, which then overwhelmed their operation and led to cut corners. Always look for the online reviews for Instagram vendors!

I ordered my portrait over a month ago and they even sent me a notice saying, my portrait was on its way and I would be receiving tracking info... never received that and also been trying to get a answer from them without a single response. So upset! Facebook and social media sites should be held responsible for advertising scammers! Or are they just interested in the money🤔 Such BS

No confirmation email. Waited weeks, inquired about status and took forever to hear back. Has been 8 weeks and very little communication and no product. DO NOT waste your money. Not sure this is actually a legitimate business. Email responses make me think this may be an African king that I just donated money to 😩

I am absolutely appalled by this company! Fake customer service fake everything. I never received my goods. They need to be reported anywhere where the advertise their fake company. Contact your bank and save all email correspondence. I want my money back!
