Ordered from this website accidently, searched and items and thought it was the legit website, it wasn't it was this site. Paid with my card, money taken, no order received...shock.
Emailed for update, nothing received back so contacted my bank who refunded me and started dispute with company, of course they have responded to my bank as its taking money back from them. Now in dispute awaiting further update, scammers.

Item leaking when I opened the box. Contacted them with a picture of damaged/mishandled box. They refused a refund and said I would have to pay return postage if they couldn’t find a fault. Small value item so not worth the risk or bother.
Unscrupulous company to be avoided.

Ordered 12 cans of Monster from their site but only 4 cans showed up in a box. Complained and was promptly fobbed off. Avoid this scam site.

Was worried about using this site based on the bad reviews, but as the cosmetic items I wanted were half the price of elsewhere I thought I'd take a risk.. so glad I did. Easy to order, got updates of delivery. Was delivered by Evri in 4 days, which I thought was great in light of the savings I had made. Items were well packed and genuine product, no different than if I'd purchased elsewhere. Will definitely use this company again.

Placed an order on 30/12/25 order confirmed . Despatched on 6/1/25 ( slow for them ) , Evri confirmed they had my parcel on 9/1/25 . Checked Evri on 11/1/25 as no update . Evri tracking showed parcel delayed , having had many problems with Evri , notified myshop when Evri say this the parcel is lost (had this on numerous occasions ) . Myshop asked me to wait further time as they had chased Evri . No update from myshop or Evri by 14/1/25 . Have asked for a replacement or refund as have had to purchase item elsewhere . Myshop response is asking me to wait longer for a parcel that has now taken 15 days . Evri usually take at least a month to declare a parcel lost if they respond at all . Asked for replacement via Royal Mail no response at all . I have shopped on 4 other occasions with myshop without problems however it appears if things go wrong you are on your own . Be warned about the risk . Update now 17 days since order and still be asked to be patient ! Disgraceful customer service .

Ordered a small sweet hamper as a Christmas present. Order came very quickly unfortunately the was some things missing.( these things happen) Contacted customer service and spoke with a very lovely very helpful girl called Katrine who sorted everything out for me. Defiantly recommend my shop. There prices a fantastic and there customer service is amazing.

This company is absolutely disgusting, they are rude, abusive & liars. Sitting laughing at customers, taking the bloody p***. How unprofessional & all I asked for was a prepaid label to return an item which they sent damaged. The advisor kept constantly talking over me & back chatting me. Also they do not record phone calls, I’m so fuming right now. Shocking service, I would avoid this company!

Ordered some soda crystals via Amazon Marketplace. When the packaging was opened the crystals were inside a plastic bag as the original packaging was split. How they have the nerve to sell stuff in this condition is beyond me. STEER WELL CLEAR.

I was trying to get some specific Astonish products and My Shop came up on my search so I tried them out.

I ordered with no problem, there was tracking so I knew when Hermes would deliver and all was perfect.

I'll certainly be buying again from them as the service and experience was excellent
