I purchased this necklace based on the description stating it is made of sterling silver 925. Unfortunately, the item I received does not match the quality advertised.
The finish is uneven, the color is inconsistent, and the overall appearance feels very lightweight and looks more like cheap costume jewelry than real sterling silver.

The product also looks significantly different from the photos shown on the website. Additionally, the order was shipped from China via Cainiao, which was not clearly disclosed at the time of purchase.
Overall, I am disappointed with the quality and would not recommend this store to anyone looking for genuine silver jewelry.

I bought 2 of the thick gold necklace. I also bought it in silver. My neck and wrists are very thin. The necklace clips arrived broken. Even if I put it on large it wouldn’t fit around my neck. The broken pieces were put back together on wrong side of necklace???

They buy their stuff from chinese companies.
They sell them for 40-50-60€ where you can find the same quality ,same images jewellery for 5-10€ in Temu and shein
Scam company with fake reviews and followers. Fake title also that they are closing so its 70% off.

Absolute scam, they have on their website all these 5 star reviews what a total lie. It's not real silver at all. It's a con. I've outlayed over £100 for cheap tack worth no more than a couple of pound. AVOID AVOID AVOID they should be allowed to sell

Arrived a month later .Paid 239.65e.
Bracelets silver adult over 18. GOOD JOKE they are like a thread & would fit a DOLL or 7yr child. Now they will not reply to emails . IM LOOKING FOR ADDRESS IF ANYONE HAS RETURNED GOODS WITH ANY LOOK PLEASE. DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING YOU SEE ON THE PAGE REGARDING ITS A SCAM.

I would suggest that you don't purchase anything from this company. I bought the silver dazzling tassel earrings just over a year ago. One of the crystals has detached from the chain. I have contacted them numerous times to send them back to be repaired and I'm being completely ignored!

Bombarded with emails trying to get me to buy more items as soon as I placed my first order. Waited weeks for the order to arrive only to find the main item missing. Have sent several emails all of which have been ignored. Don't touch this company with a barge pole!

Absolutely horrible. Bought from them in September but the package just never arrived. Emailed them 4 times asking for updates and refunds, and each time they just reply with a tracking link that doesn’t work. The reviews on here is all full of shit. Their social media is fake as shit. NEVER BUY FROM THEM.

What a wonderful surprise the photos of MySilverStandard jewelry online... the photos of myselverstandard jewelry online does not do it justice, why when you open the box, like WOW, I love it. Also what I like is they have different styles that you don't see anywhere else.
If I could I would give it 10 stars, instead of five

I've ordered from MySilverStandard several times now, and it's always been a pleasant experience. Delivery is quick and easy, and the pieces are high-quality. My wife has worn their earrings day and night for a year now, and they still look as good

1. The quality of the jewellery is cheap
2. No where it reassures that its a sterling Silver
3. The same items are available on Temu at barely 2% of the cost
4. The website is fake, the items are nowhere of a high standard

Do NOT believe the 5 star reviews on here - they're most likely paid for.
The jewellery is substandard and the size is miniscule - not like how it is portrayed in the pictures on the website.
Delivery is unreliable at best and the product itself is underwhelming - I ultimately received my package (after numerous follow ups) but I may as well but have, since I can never use the miniature earrings they sent me.

Cheap jewelry from china!! Looks nothing like the picture...and on top of that I had to pay another charge in person when it was delivered. Never shopping here again!!!

Cheap substandard rubbish. Paid for a ring & the stone fell out in a week so asked for a refund & they refused. They replaced it instead, then the stone fell out of that one & again they refused to refund or replace. Absolute rip off artists!🤬

Very very very cheap Chinese quality.. worst experience ...I bought as a gift but the size of bracelate is that of a 5years kid.. worst worst worst products.. I bought 2bracelates both are cheap like roadside products and they charged us very very high.. really sad.. don't ever buy from this site

Never received the articles, it's jam somewhere since 54 days and I have to do the paper job to get it going. I never heard from the support of Mysilverstandard despite many emails. It doesn't desserve a 1/10 of a star, The only thing that they are good at, is to check in the money.
