DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They misrepresent who they are and dupe you into believing they have quality products manufactured at facilities that are CGMP–certified (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) and that they adhere to FDA regulations to ensure there is no product adulteration. Our bottle stated right on it Made in China. This merchant cannot know what China is doing. The representative then told me only the bottle was made in China, the supplement was made in Singapore. So more duplicity. Same difference. Who knows what practices are actually being followed overseas? No way to actually know the quality or purity of their products. The FDA is certainly not going over to Singapore to inspect their manufacturing operation. They just lied about it - - on their website, video, and printed brochure. He did not deny my claims. And when pressed, he admitted their products and containers come from Singapore and China.
Upon further investigation, I discovered this is a Singapore company. This makes us very uncomfortable. We had no idea we were dealing with a foreign entity. Those facts are not disclosed. Information provided leads you to believe they are out of Washington with a fulfillment center in Maryland. This is a dishonest company which misleads customers as to who and where they are & as to the quality and standards of their products.
Upon discovering this, we called to return the product and get a refund. On top of everything else, we discovered they billed us twice on our credit card for the same order! The representative (Rommel) told me they would take the product back & issue a refund, but we have to pay return postage. I informed him they were deceitful in selling us on the quality of their product & that is on them. We should not have to pay for their underhanded practices which amount to fraud. He continued to insist they would not pay return postage. I requested to speak to a supervisor. He advised me they don’t have any. He is the only one I can talk to & that is their rule. I then questioned him as to what kind of an unscrupulous company did we get mixed up with!
Seeing no other alternative, I advised I will dispute this with my credit card company, keep the product & throw it away, as well as leave denigrating reviews on every site I can find. He didn’t care. Just said, do whatever you want.
This company lied from beginning to end. Their promotional material is all fabrication, so how could you possibly trust the integrity of their product? BUYER BEWARE!!!
