Please do not use this company. I have had exactly the same issues as the reviews below. When you order what they know was intended as a one off purchase they take as a recurring charge on your credit card. They within a few days take a further payment of nearly twice the cost of the order and when contacted refuse to cancel or fefund. In addition to this no product has ever been delivered. I am surprised that Shopify and Credit card companies are still dealing with them. I am reporting them to both Amex and Shopify.

I made a one off purchase and they have signed me up to a subscription I do not want. They continue taking funds from my account, despite me sending multiple emails to cancel. I have kept all evidence. They say ‘cancel any time’ yet do not provide HOW to cancel. They don’t respond to emails. I still have them taking funds!

Scam, took my money and never sent anything! No response to email no communication.

They sign you up to a subscription without telling you. Charged my partner £20 for one box. They told us to cancel it but there isn’t a cancellation option.

Its a scam, arrived from China after many many days amdt the box is not even that brand, is "Underbrush" that you can buy anywhere for a fraction of the price. Don't buy!

This company is a scam. They signed me up for a subscription without my permission. DO not buy anything from these scammers.

This company is a scam!

I agree with all of the other reviewers!
Firstly, it is a counterfeit company as others have mentioned.

Secondly, they artificially inflate their ratings and reviews on their website and claimed on Facebook that they were the best gum on the market!

Reviews elsewhere of the same product on more trustworthy sites like Amazon rate them as one star and recommend to avoid! They aren’t even proper gum just hard tacks.

Thirdly, they are rife with other false promises. I paid extra for shipping protection, yet the package cover and product box arrived tampered and dirty.
I also only received one when I was told I would get two!
I was also told in the advertisement they were made at their facility in Alaska when they are actually made in China!

To really add salt to the wound, they did not respond to my email for a refund, despite claiming in the adverts and their website they will give refunds if you’re unsatisfied with their product, as long as you respond within a month of receiving the items. Even when I mentioned what they are doing faces legal consequences, they just ignored my emails.

Avoid this company like the plague!

Never received my order. I later learned it is a rebrand of Nathan and sons gums. They didn't even bother changing the name on the packaging. DO NOT BUY.

This company is selling a counterfeit version of Nathan and Sons Underbrush Gum. DO NOT BUY from this company! When my order came, I immediately knew it was fake. Contacted them for a refund that very minute and they refused to process my request for a return and refund. DO NOT GIVE THEM A CENT! Nathan and Sons are the LEGITIMATE company that produces the authentic Underbrush remineralising gum.

Fake branding from the Nathan and sons chewing gum the mint one has their name on it but isnt the real one and the cinnamon one is just an out right fake they couldn't be bothered to imitate it fully

Product was fake. Do not order, gum tastes like plastic and has false labelling and false ingredients. (Cinna mastic states no cinnamon ingredients and has spearmint flavour on label)
