I accidentally ordered the wrong size in one of the rings and communication and returns was super easy and painless. I’ve bought both original and preloved jewellery from Mysticum Luna many times over the last 6 years and every single piece is amazing.
I’ve worn the stainless steel jewellery in every circumstance possible (gardening/swimming/in the sun etc) and they have never tarnished and look just as good as the day I bought them.
The quality of the jewellery is second to none and the customer service of the team is wonderful. I have messaged them a few times requesting amendments or with questions and they can’t do enough to help.
