The food was amazing, very simple to use and definitely will be using again. Really impressed!

Food tasted ok but I think it is very overpriced for what it is. You would be better buying a meal from Charlie Bingham/Waitrose/Marks and Spencer or Cook. You would still have the same (or less) prep to do and it would cost half the price while tasting just as good.
Very disappointed. Won’t buy again.

The food was spot on as was the service you provided me Charlie and luis were great.
I hope you don’t mind me saying but we found the gravy to a rather small portion but it was still very good.

Food was very good but no instructions and the QR code directed us to a page which was no longer there. Had to therefore guess how to cook/assemble the food.

After highlighting this, the company have been proactive to resolve this to my satisfaction. Good customer service to resolve the issue and put steps in place so it doesn’t happen again.

The food was excellently prepared and delivered securely. The simple instructions and delicious food made the experience absolutely perfect. If you're thinking about doing it, just do it.

Ordered the lamb Sunday lunch, it arrived on time, the cooking instructions were easy to follow and the meal was SUPERB. The lamb was excellent and all of the side dishes we super. Best meal so far from Supper Heroes.

Customer services beyond any i have gad to deal with before, so friendly and easy to communicate. Good was beautiful. Full of flavour and so easy to make. Will be buying again.

The flavours where fantastic really easy to follow, and massive portions. Very tasty

The idea was good but as I am old I found getting dishes that were suitable was rather hard, it did involve some timings and more than one person to do the serving up.

We ordered the Hero Burgers and there was a delivery problem which was sorted out by My Supper Hero who also gave us money back as it had not arrived when it should. The burgers themselves are superb, the cooking instructions are faultless and the accompaniments are delicious. It all made a very enjoyable meal.

My nephew said it was excellent and highly rated it. I've joined the membership already and am looking forward to a treat every month of a delicious almost-ready-to eat meal!

The food is sublime, the instructions clear and the preparation is just enough to be fun while still saving a great deal of time.

The food was lovely and reasonably easy to put together. However, I can make the same meal myself for a lot less money and not much more effort so we will not be ordering again.

Sadly the tacos were too spicy to eat! We threw them away :-( luckily the nachos were delicious so saved us from a dash to the takeaway!

I had a Ribeye with Chimichurry and a salad. I had to wait for two months to get it in stock. The steak it self was pretty good after I barbequed it, but the salad was sloppy and very dirty, the sauces where not very tasty mostly lime and herbs and there was something off with the taste of it. Maybe preservatives. I would not try this again for 55 pounds for one steak, a ruined salad with bad sauces, and a long waiting time.

I made a mistake on delivery date, but with a simple email sent to customer service, this was instantly changed and goods were received on the correct date.

Just had a superb Beef Wellington, which really was top restaurant quality. Everything was supplied including egg glaze, with easy to follow instructions.
