I am so pleased with the service I received from Tap Score. I had problems with bacteria in my well water, and Tap Score was able to identify it so I could treat my water accordingly. Kelly was also very responsive and helpful. Kelly went above and beyond to help me get the answers that I needed. Excellent company with excellent ethics.

Overall, Tap Score provided a great service. The directions were easy to follow, the return boxes and postage made it easy to return the samples to the lab and customer service was terrific. The initial samples I sent in happened to be during a serious cold snap and Tap Score contacted me about a week after I had sent them in, to let me know that water samples had frozen and was unusable. They gave me the option of refunding my money or sending another kit. I chose the latter option and everything worked out fine. The results were very helpful and detailed. I would definitely recommend them.

was skeptical, but the customer service was really good, the results website is very well laid out, and shipping back and forth was easy. tests results matched other water tests i had so it seems to be very accurate. I like that its not tied directly to any specific filter system sales pitch.

On the recommendation of a group of engineers at a recent watershed meeting, we ran the Advanced Well Water Test, which was quite easy. They supply everything you need, and in a matter of minutes your sample box is ready to send back to them. We were surprised to discover an unexpected risk in the water we drink and use every day. I contacted SimpleLab support to get further details, and began looking for a water treatment system to address the issue. After installation of our new treatment system, I contacted Simplelab support; they were very helpful, and saved us money on the follow-up tests. I've recommended their testing several times to neighbors, and all of us agree--Simplelabs is terrific!

Test materials were clearly labeled and organized. Everything was straight forward on my end. The test results, which were delivered within the promised time frame, were clearly summarized with an over all score and broken down into chunks of data that helped make it clear to me what I was looking at. You don’t need to be an engineer to understand where your water falls on the continuum.

Simplicity is the main thing I like and after that, very informative when it comes to details on tests and then the customer service is right there with the rest, I am quite happy with this company. I also appreciate the amount of testing that is available.

Very simple process. I like that I do not have to take samples to the health department. On my last test I had a different water issue and the technicians helped me to understand my problem and offered suggestions to take care of it.

Before using this service I tried to get free reports from my municipality and educate myself on what the reports meant, but it proved to be quite a challenge and I didn't have strong confidence that I was interpreting them correctly. I ended up deciding it was worth the cost to have Tap Score run their tests and explain the results to me in layman terms. Although it is a bit costly, their service is very professional and user-friendly, and I am happy with the results that were provided.

I was curious to know how our well water tested specifically with heavy metals. This test was the most comprehensive and the best price for what I was looking for. Simple directions and easy to use. The results were easy to understand as well. Definitely worth buying

Timely, rapid and accurate results. So simple to use and sending test results out to a second no bias party such as this shows customers that you are not altering test results to upsell.
Anyone can follow the instructions to gather samples and send them off for testing. I actually prefer the customer to send offf their own tests so they feel involved in the process of providing better water for their household.

Everything about Tap Score water testing was simple and straightforward. The testing materials arrived quickly (within three days after ordering), the directions were clear, my questions were answered within an hour of sending an email, my return package was tracked, and I was informed upon its receipt and given an estimated date when the results would be posted. The entire process went smoothly, and when I shared the results with my state Department of Environment Quality, I was advised by an Environment Sr. Specialist that the testing method, laboratory certification, and chain-of-custody ensured that the results were uncompromised and accurate. I can now have an appropriate whole house filter system installed that will remove the identified contaminants from my well water and protect the health of my family. Although I initially thought the cost was a bit high, when compared to other labs recommended by my state Department of Environmental Quality for testing for PFAS/PFOS, I found Tap Score to be the most reasonable. All around, a very positive experience.

Easy to test, fast and thorough answers. I was surprised that the bathroom showed lead in the water but not the kitchen, of my NYC apartment building - however, on the 2nd test of the kitchen and this time with the recommended carbon block filter, the kitchen also showed lead in the water. In an old Bronx building, it is well known to have the problem so the question is: why didn't the lead show up initially?
