Total scam. I found a flight at a great price, put in my CC number and ten minutes later, someone called to tell me that the flight was no longer available (trying to upsell me something) - as the guy was talking about how the flight was no longer available, I looked it up on the airline website and found the flight - both legs still available - I said no thank you, and purchased the flight on the airline site.

John provided excellent customer service

My agent was very helpful, patient, communicative, and was able to find us a great flight. He was professional, made sure we understood, and we didnt feel pressured or rushed.

My experience was very good and I received outstanding customer service from the agent.

You will not get the price shown when you go to book your tickets. You will get a phone call after you enter all your info with a story about how those seats aren't available and they will want you to pay more. Mine was almost $200 more. So made sure they cancelled and just booked directly with the airline for close to the original price this site quoted. What a joke. Do not use this site.

My agent John was so professional and his customer service skills are awesome

They lure you in by offering a low price. Once you provide all your details including your cc information you click on confirm booking. You then are sent to a page that says your booking is now in the verification process and advises that you will receive a call with confirmation.
They called back only to advise that there were no more seats available at the price that we purchased it at and then told us the new cost would be $300 more than what we agreed when we booked. We told them to cancel it. They then tried to offer us a discount that would end up being $150 more instead of $300. Way too shady of a way to book flights. We told them to just cancel.
One woukd think by clicking on "book flight" after entering all personal information including cc information that you are actually booking. No it's just their tactic to call back with a higher cost. Not sure how this company has such high reviews. I can't imagine we are the first. You shouldn't have to go thru a verification process after providing all the details and the billing information.
There was even a time clock countdown which indicated how much remaining time was left to book in order to receive the price they quoted. They give you 30 minutes to complete, and we completed it in 8 minutes. Why provide a countdown if you are not honoring the price at the time of the booking?

So if you use this company, consider yourself forewarned.
