Like others are saying the product is mediocre. The disappearing ink in the pens works most of the time but many of the ink cartridges don't work. They send a lot of extras, probably for this reason. The biggest frustration is their site adds a subscription to your order which charges you monthly without your authorization of you don't catch it after the "free trial". Customer service is completely unhelpful in refunding unauthorized charges.

The products that I ordered are fine. Much like half the other reviews here, the problem I have is being charged a recurring charge of $29.99 USD for the "Tiny Thinkers Club", that I never agreed to. Apparently, they sneak it in sometime before you confirm your payment. F'ing pissed!

The product is MUCH smaller than advertised. There is no way a 3 or 4 year old can use this!! Also, as others have stated, they add on a $29.99 charge monthly that I never saw at checkout. I am currently contesting this with my credit card company and have also sent an e-mail to the company. My original purchase was in October. I missed it on my Nov statement and finally saw it on my Dec statement. I would NEVER buy anything from this company in the future!! What a scam - unusable product and additional charges! Ugh!!

Update: I emailed the company. It took going through lots of people and about 15 emails but they refunded me the current and prior months’ charges. They also heavily discounted my original purchase when I said I wanted to return it. I don’t know if my grandson will ever be able to use this since it’s so tiny but taking the 70% off and not having to send it back worked for me. It took effort and also telling them I was disputing the charges with my credit card company, but I finally got results.

Product was fine, although much smaller books than I expected. But they sneak in a subscription at checkout so the following month you get charged $29.99 for absolutely nothing and they will not reimburse you. Products come directly from China so delivery took weeks.

I want to warn others about a very misleading practice by TinyThinkers. As shown during checkout, the “TinyThinkers Club” appears as FREE, with no visible option to remove it. However, after your purchase, they quietly begin charging a $29.99 USD monthly membership fee that provides absolutely no real value—just fake “exclusive deals” and other useless add-ons intended to justify the hidden charge.

This is classic deceptive marketing, and unfortunately a common predatory tactic used to trick consumers into recurring payments they never knowingly agreed to. When I contacted them, they were willing to cancel future charges, but refused to refund the most recent one, even though the membership was added without clear consent.

A company that relies on misleading checkout flows and “free” listings that turn into surprise charges is not a business you can trust. I strongly advise others to stay away and avoid buying from TinyThinkers until they stop these dishonest practices.

Don't purchase products!! False advertisement to the size of product and what is provided. Product took a month and a half to receive from a "Ca." business. Also they'll charge you saying you signed up for a subscription when that option isn't there. A one time purchase we'll get your financial institute charged monthly @ 29.99$. When you reach out to said company you'll receive a generic response and provided a link that keeps on loading. Do not recommended doing any business with company!!!

I simply wanted to buy a set of grooved books to help my grandchilds writing skills. received set of pretty small books, but would service the purpose. after a few months I realized that they were charging me monthly. they inserted some free membership for kids to my order. this turned it into some type of monthly membership that they charge me 29.99 monthly. I call this shady. I would never order anything from them again.

Made the mistake of not researching the company before purchasing. Books are so much smaller than expected. But are an okay product idea, toddler writes in the groves with the magic pen and the ink disappears off the pages the next day.
However, BEWARE. I truly thought I was purchasing a one off product. There was no indication or messages from the company that I was signing up for a recurring monthly subscription fee (the cost of the products purchased), even in my invoice from the original purchase. I noticed the second the same company was taking money from me again exactly 4 weeks later. I called up the bank immediately to make sure they can’t steal from me again, she helped me learn about sneaky companies that hide subscriptions. Went back to the website to navigate where the manage subscription link was (all the way at the bottom) and managed to cancel.

Bought the books for my daughter and there was a hidden subscription that charged $30 a month. Didn’t say anything about that at the time of purchase.

Absolute SPAM. Do not go with the company. I thought I was buying just one item... then a month later my card was charged again. From reading other comments, it seems they slyly sign you up for a subscription service. Do not buy from this company

They scammed me, charged me twice and called it a subscription, now I have to cancel all credit card.

They are doing scam with your credit. The product is very small ands its not worth for the money you paid. After 1 month you will be charged again for $29.99. No proper support. Only one email id provided. If you contact through that they will say you are unsubscribed now hereafter we wont charge. I submitted this to my credit card company as scam and got my money back and blocked the credit card

The product doesn’t match the advertised product and they conspicuously tack on a subscription. They are not abiding by US Consumer regulations and I would caution to not purchase anything from this company.

Just like all these other bad reviews, I too ordered these books in September. After ordering I came across some reviews regarding Tiny Thinkers. Thankfully since the bank card I used is one that I only keep a minimum in, they were not able to take the another payment in October. I have since turned my card off and called the bank. I was able to finally reach Jen through email and she says the subscription was cancelled. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. My bank statement says this company is located in Castro Valley, California but does not show up when Googled. The tracking number I was given says the product is coming from Ben Ben, China.
I have not received the books I ordered, nor have I received a refund.
I would suggest that everyone having issues, file a report with the BBB.

I purchased the writing workbooks for my grandchildren. I did receive the books and they are “tiny”. A couple of weeks later I had an additional $29.99 charge to my card. I’ve called several times and it just says user busy. I would not purchase these books! Much better workbooks and companies out there!

SCAMMERS! You buy a product and then they automatically subscribe you to a recurring membership that renews automatically, without your knowledge or consent.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. THEY DONT ANSWER THE CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER. I EMAILED THEM THEY KEEP CHANGING MY ENDING BILLING PERIOD AND KEEP CHARGING ME FOR SOMETHING I DIDNT SUBSCRIBE TO. NOW I HAVE TO CANCEL MY CARD AND DISPUTE THE CHARGES.

They will charge you $29.99 monthly for a subscription you "opted in" if you are not very careful and read every single word at the checkout page.

DO NOT PURCHASE! They trick you into a subscription. Beware when purchasing, Thought this was a one time purchase but they automaticslly check a box which small font for the subscription. When you go on to find out why you were charged 29.99 after y the initial purchase, there isn't a clear way to cancel or see the subscription. Very shady. I had to email them to get it cancelled and only then did they provide a link to find the subscription.
