DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I moved recently with them. They were rough, slow and quite inefficient. Both guys were nice but badly organized. They did not have any system, so they moved furniture, boxes and small items with no order, often blocking their own way. They managed to empty the flat in an hour and a half, which I thought was reasonable, given they did not have to disassemble any furniture. The only heavy item was the sofa. I do not have wardrobes, cabinets, etc.I calculated another hour and a half to bring the staff to the new flat. I was moving less than a mile away! It took three hours for them to empty the truck and get the stuff in the apartment. I found they were quite messy in this second part of the move. One of them was just waiting upstairs for the lift, the other one obviously was slower in emptying the truck by himself, so it was quite a waste of time. I had to carry some items myself because I was getting really anxious and frustrated. I had to tell them to bring the sofa before they kept blocking the way in the flat with all the boxes. As it happened, they had to remove stuff that was on the way, it obviously took more time. Everything was very messy. The result is that I had to pay a lot of money for moving 30 boxes and a few pieces of furniture just around the corner, much more than the highest estimate, and I was upset and very tired at the end. I had the impression they did not really care and that they were doing it on purpose. I have done many moves before so I think I am quite realistic in calculating the time it takes. My boxes were well packed and organized.
One of the guys was quite rough too, he broke a light appliance in my former building and broke one of my floor lamps and a shelf. Also, that night I realized a small box with valuable items was missing. I called and they said they had found it on the truck, they delivered it early next morning.
I contacted the coordinator about the disproportioned number of hours the move took, and the broken items. She said I could contact the manager directly. I did, pretty much with the description above. He never replied.
