the gun is GREAT it works so well and shoots really hard 100% worth the money.

My first time ordering my package was reported fraudulent by Unlocx. When I contacted UPS on why my package ended leaving my state when it was on the way, UPS said “the company/Unlocx had reported my package fraudulent” I do not understand why Unlocx would do such a thing. I ended up having to wait another month for a new delivery request. It was very shady of them to hear they do this.

Where can I get a another gel blaster charger at

The first gun I received was used and broken but after a quick email I received a new one. I received the broken gun two days after ordering so I’m guessing there was a shipping mix up.

I ordered 2 gel blasters and was very excited to receive them but for some reason my package got rerouted to Kansas City. I called ups to find out what was going on and they told me they would call me back but never did so on Monday 5/2 I sent a email and a message on Instagram to unlocx and they replied promptly notifying me that ups made a mistake on several orders. They said they weren't going to wait for ups to correct it and that they were going to send a new package on Tuesday 5/3. Sure enough I received the new package Thursday 5/5. Thank you unlocx team for doing everything to fix a bad situation.

Customer service responded to my questions rather promptly while awaiting my shipment.

The gun is great. The battery can last well over 4hours of none stop use

The gun is pretty decent. It gets the job done, and it is much better than other guns you'll see on Amazon and whatnot. Where is do struggle is the build quality. The front barrel piece snaps off too easily, and I had to drill holes in the gun to make the screws fit right because they were too small. Kind of sad that a $100 gun has to be drilled in to make the pieces fit right. Also, a piece on the side popped out, and it is impossible to get back in without breaking it. Cool gun, build quality not worth $100, let alone the full price at $139.99.

Great marker, every well built and nice weight. love the adjustable marker mods. keep up the great work, would like to see glow in the dark gel ball soon.

Paid for expedited shipping but according to their delivery update, it will arrive around
the standard shipping time-frame. A little disappointing but not the biggest deal in the world. I submitted an email about getting a refund for the expedited shipping and haven't heard anything back.

So no package and no word on a refund. Willing to change my review upon receiving the product and after getting an answer, but as of now, I think 2 stars is fair.

Update: Got a response shortly after this review. Was able to get the refund and was given a reason as to why the package was late. Being given the update sooner would have been nice but at least they followed up.

I think the blaster is well worth the money. Overall I’d say 9/10. Wish there was more attachments though. Hopefully more in the future.
