Excellent DEXA scan facility
I found both the DEXA scan and the following consultation extremely informative. It was great to get a 3D body scan as well as the DEXA scan. The 3D body scan results are afterwards accessible via an App.
Owen was very professional and went through the various results of the scan report explaining all the main points, also providing printouts and PDFs which allowed me to share my results with my PT. Owen also provide a written summary of what was discussed.
Overall I’m very happy with the experience and will be back in a few months for another scan to monitor progress.

Fantastic all round experience
Owen has created a great setup. The test was well performed and Owen gave me lots of brilliant advice. I found the whole thing easy from start to finish. Would highly recommend it to anyone looking to support their training with relevant data.

A very valuable set of tests and a great set up
Our visit to MyVitalMetrics was such a great experience.Owen was very welcoming and explained everything very clearly. The post scan analysis was thorough and knowledgeable which meant we left with a lots of useful data and a good idea of what could be done. We will certainly be returning for a follow up. As a personal trainer to mainly female clients, I would highly recommend anyone considers doing a DEXA scan especially 40+ women.

First class equipment & service.
I was highly impressed with the set up at My Vital Metrics. The room & equipment is fantastic & Owen’s level of knowledge, service & professionalism was second to none. I would highly recommend My Vital Metrics to anyone looking for a deeper, more thorough understanding of their body & how it can be impacted by nutrition & training. I will definitely be back.
