After completing this vitamin assessment I was genuinely impressed by the experience. Not only was it easy to follow, but some of the questions really made me pause and reflect on how I’ve been feeling day-to-day. It actually helped me become more in tune with my body—I realized that certain things I had brushed off were actually symptoms that could be connected to nutrient imbalances. I find that we need to have a lot of our medical info to be able to complete the test. We need to know our cholesterol, sugar, thyroid …. As a practitioner of I have all the results from all the tests I don’t need to perform this test to know the deficiencies. My point is to test for lack of vitamins without the need to have a full panel, I find it defeats the purpose.

It feels very generic still. The test indicated I need all the vitamins ´tested’ for, so it doesn’t feel like it is tailored to me individually.

the answer choices you offer are minimal, most of them I would not even consider as my choice but there were no other alternatives,
I am in menopause - there is no option for non-menstruating women and so on.
I also had my hair mineral test done, which showed the opposite results on some minerals (again because the choices to pick from are very limited). If people have no other options they can use your test as a rough estimate but this is not what I expected.

I have never seen a test like this before. I think it is very useful. I am quite impressed!
