I recently had a wealth pension advice review with John Sherman and found the experience extremely positive. First appointments with the adviser were very positive hence I decided to invest, how service after has not been good.
I have had to constantly chase next steps, emails are not answered promptly- very disappointed.

I work for the NHS and I decided to look at my pension status, I had 2 pension pots and it was so confusing it gave me a headache. I attended the pension workshops provided by this company and it all began to make sense. I booked a 1-1 session with an adviser, who explained my pensions in detail. I was advised to think about what I wanted to do, and another session was arranged for me nearer the time that my pension was due. Again everything was explained in terms that was easy to understand. In my final session I was provided with a financial strategy planner and now I know what my future holds.

Had a very helpful discussion today with Andrew Hooper. No hard sell, he explained details in helpful way. Good advice given to be getting on with creating my own start on proper financial planning and then support in 6 months time as needed. Was helpful wake-up call to get myself in order.
