My two kiddos both love their sea turtle boxes from January! My daughter especially looks forward to the activities like the how-to-draw and craft kit. We love supporting a small business and think their customer support is fantastic.
My daughter (8) has been getting the My Zoo Box (Zoology Club)for several years now. She still runs to the door when her box arrives each month! I love it bc it keeps her busy with the activities and recipe as well as fills her animal obsessed brain with tons of facts she can share with her friends. I dont normally post reviews but I really like this box and I think its a fantastic one for kids that love animals.

The best part of this is that it doesn't end when the box is empty. The activities often encourage kids to look at the wildlife in their own backyard or parks. We also follow them on Facebook and they post informative video's which engage kids even more!!

My two kids (5 and 3) absolutely LOVE every Zoo box they have ever received. They are packed with age-appropriate learning, activities, and my kid's favorite - the matching stuffy! The boxes keep my kids engaged and curious for more. We utilize the boxes over and over again, and it seems that each time we discover and learn something new.
I highly recommend My ZooBox for every animal-loving kiddo!

MyZooBox is my favorite animal learning box for my kids. My favorite part is that you can get a sibling box and it comes with 2 sets of everything. You can also adjust your box to their learning and development level.
If there are any issues that come up with your box, their support team is on top if it and they always make it right. I cannot recommend this learning tool enough!

Unfortunately, customer service is lacking. I've asked that my two granddaughters' boxes be shipped together, but this has never happened. And we have drama every month as one box arrives well before the other. My 3-yo granddaughter's box NEVER ships in the first two weeks of the month. As anyone can imagine, it's hard to explain to a 3-yo why her box is not here, but her sister's is. We have them wait until both have arrived, which then means both girls are asking constantly about the boxes. And it always take multiple attempts reaching out for help to get attention on this. I really don't want to cancel the subscriptions because the girls love the contents, but the lack of customer service is very discouraging.

If I could rate zero stars I would. I was told my next box would be free and I get charged 35.00 without having even received my first box for what I was charged for. I also bet when I get the 1 sibling pack it won’t have 2 stuffed animals in it. The 35.00 was for some renewal fee when my 6 month subscription hadn’t even ended! Do not purchase or use a credit card so you can dispute the fandom charges you will end up seeing on your statement.
While the boxes are fun and informative. The crafts can be confusing and sometimes the pictures of the finished craft is either non-existent or extremely small to see. The animals we received were kind of lack luster. For 6 months we got nothing but gray animals. Actually I believe one was a black monkey. They were all different species but my kids would gripe “another gray one?”. I suggest switching them up. I think the biggest downfall is the shipping. Sometimes it would take 5-6 weeks to get our box due to it being shipped in bulk. It just wasn’t consistent monthly arrivals like we see in our Crunch Labs or Kiwi co subscriptions. I will say if your kids love animals, this is good option, however, it wasn’t for us by the time the 6 months was up.

We loved this company from the beginning, but 1 customer service representative took our love to the next level! One of our dogs ate the tail to one of the stuffies and we emailed in to try and buy a new one. The rep said my “zoologist couldn’t have a tailless stingray” and sent us a new one for free! So grateful to Laura and company for going above and beyond!
I loved the box! My kids loved the box! It was such a rich material to add to our homeschooling routine! If you have kids or is a teacher, please try this box! You won’t regret!
We received an Alligator Mini Zoo kit for our preschooler and we LOVED it! She and her little sister loved playing with the stuffed animal and we loved reading through the alligator book. We have another one ready for our homeschool preschool time in a few weeks, and we can't wait to use it!
I recently subscribed to My ZOO Box for my toddler and I couldn't be more thrilled with the experience. The box arrived promptly and was filled with a variety of high-quality toys and activities that kept my little one engaged and entertained for hours.
My son was particularly taken with the soft and cuddly plush animal that was included in our box, and he has been carrying it around with her everywhere he goes.

We absolutely LOVE my ZOO box! My daughter absolutely loves the box each month and looks forward to each animal, we also love that it’s a daughter and mom run business. Anytime we had an issue, they are always amazing about responding and keeping us in the know. I cannot say enough good things about this great small business!
I placed an order for 2 zoo kits for my granddaughters birthday as I had heard good things about zoobox. I am in Canada and the order took over a month to arrive so did not get here in time and after the U.S. exchange etc, the value for the money is definitely not worth it. 2 kits cost over $145 cdn and the product received is only worth about $20, in my opinion! Thank heavens I didn't sign up for a subscription! Might be okay value for U.S. citizens but not Canadians.
Since adding my review, I have had excellent correspondence from zoo box. They advise the website has now been updated to convert to Canadian funds so should provide accurate costs for future Canadians choosing to order on the website saving further frustration/ disappointment. Thank you.

We LOVE the our My Zoo Box subscription!! My kids are still young so I usually give them the book and stuffed animal. I save the rest for when they get a little older. But I recently started pulling things out like a puzzle or small plastic animals. I like some boxes more than others, but that is a subscription right? We have had our subscription for 3 years now and I skip months that I know my children would not be interested in like the bee box. The owners are fantastic and have always helped me with anything I needed. Absolutely recommend for any little animal lover!
My two youngest grandkids are on the west coast and we’re on the east coast. Going on 3 years now giving my grandkids a zoo box subscription. They are 5 and 6, boy and girl. I love they get something from us every month without me doing the work. So much is packed in the box. I get a call every-time they get their zoo box. I’m not allowed to tell them what animal is in the zoo box, even my daughter loves to be surprised.
I am an adult who is enjoying the little zoo boxes very much. I use the books for babysitting. My orders have always come on time and are packed well. Whenever I’ve had to contact customer service they are awesome. I highly recommend them for all ages.

My daughter is 9 years old. She does occupational and speech therapy. She is also homeschooled. She chose My Zoo Box because she loves animals. I chose My Zoo Box not only because it is educational, but also it helps my daughter with her therapy goals. We love it so much.
My daughter loves My Zoo box. We pick boxes based on animals of interest or those we plan to take a tour of soon. So we use it as an educational link. And we expand on it. I’d love to see a 9-12 box.
