pure incompetency in the finance department at n8n. can the board please clear them out? they need to be replaced by AI.

Ich bin wirklich sehr zufrieden mit n8n. Es ist ein genial aufgebautes Programm mit sehr vielen Funktionen. Es ist übersichtlich und dennoch sehr tief greifend. Super Sache und das Beste, man kann es auf einem eigenen Server laufen lassen, OnPremise und Opensource. Wow, genau so soll es sein.

I had a very positive experience with n8n support after my account was compromised in a phishing attack.

An attacker managed to gain access to my account and changed the admin email address to a different domain, which meant I could no longer receive password reset emails or regain access. To make matters worse, they also attempted to purchase an annual subscription through the account.

I contacted n8n support and they responded extremely quickly. The support engineer Codey provided a detailed, timestamped audit of the activity on my account so I could see exactly what had happened. After verifying my identity, they restored the correct account email, cleared all active sessions, and helped me regain access securely.

They also immediately initiated a full refund of the fraudulent annual charge and a partial refund of my previous monthly subscription that the attacker had cancelled, which was above and beyond most customer support services.

n8n evidently takes account security seriously as they handled the situation calmly, transparently, and efficiently.

In a stressful situation where my account had been compromised, their support was quick to respond and genuinely helpful.

Excellent service and a great example of how customer support should handle security incidents.

I have been using this for a while now, Its helpful to me especially its speed my tasks. Although there are limited application pool or other platforms still not connected and needs to study their API documentations. Overall I still continue this one.

Great tool but terrible customer service. I have 3 accounts with them and 1 of the accounts i completely lost access to and im paying each month. They are refusing to help me identify my account because of "security reasons" even though I am providing my full credit card details, name, expiry date, etc to identify my self. They are refusing to help me. Its a very strange type of customer service, I have never seen it before.

We bought the annual plan and we didn't received the credits. It's impossible to ask for support from them...

ive been using n8n for a number of months now. when i firsty started i could not get anything to work so i booked a few training sessions with a chap who has explained and shown me how to use everything highly recommend that if your not sure you get some lessons from somebody

as for the tool itself im now using this on a Private server running 24 hours

A complete waste of time and money, the ai build doesn't do as it says and solely wastes credits, questioning each prompt even though its thorough

I have spent 2 days building a workflow which works on other platforms for this to cost me time and money, I do not recommend this. I am now running on Make, which is competitive on price but actually works this is just a piece of shit.

My interface shows the OLD workspace version so all new integration platforms won't work. So I paid for nothing. Chat bot tells you that only admins can fix this issue but you cannot really to talk to them. You have to get to the forum to get help but you could not post anything, you're either not permitted or denied access to post. Nice platform but VERY POOR support for paying customers.

The product is truly terrible, and the customers I referred to n8n have an extremely low rate of renewing their plans.
I joined their affiliate program, yet they refuse to make the payment and even locked my account without any notice.
All the emails I sent were completely ignored. They do not respect their customers or their partners.
It is truly disappointing for a brand like n8n.

I had no background in automation or workflows, yet n8n made it possible for me to build powerful automations with ease. The interface is straightforward, the logic is clear, and I was able to connect multiple services without difficulty. My workflows have been running reliably and handling high usage without any issues. n8n has been an excellent tool for someone starting with zero experience.

We use the self-hosted version of n8n and it's amazing. The functionalities it offers is incredible, and it helps us daily to automate our business and to save time. Love the product and can only recommend it to anybody who is interested in automation

Credential connections to services like firestore expire quickly, making requests start failing. It is very hard to debug problems since it's all UI. There is no support for users who don't pay for the most expensive plans. If you can code do these automations yourself because you'll save time.

I joined the n8n.io affiliate program on PartnerStack, and my valid commission has been withheld for 2 months. They asked me to prove my traffic, which I did. However, after that, I received no further response. I have tried multiple channels to contact them, but got no reply.
I feel like I’ve been scammed. Withholding commission without any notice or specific reason is extremely unprofessional and unreasonable — especially for a fast-growing company like n8n.
I advise others to think carefully before using n8n.
