NW is a great customer oriented clothing provider. I receive beautiful outfits in the mail...and can return any pieces that I'm not fond of. If you reach out to them ...you get a reply almost immediately. I am very very happy with Nadine West and to April and Jaimee and all the staff that pick out such gorgeous outfits for me!!

I only use name brand handbags
I only use name brand handbags, so please do not send those to me. Also I really only can wear gold earrings so I most likely won’t keep earrings unless their is a deal with it as I am allergic to most metals. I am also looking for more work pieces or more jeans….you guys sent me a pair of jeans with a $99 deal once and those fit me perfectly but it was outside of any of the shipment that is here.

Overall, worth giving a shot
The styles and sizes are kind of a hit or miss.....I've had some deliveries that were amazing and some where it seemed the only things I got were things I said I didn't like. Prices are generally ok, they do tend to be a bit expensive sometimes (seriously, $30 shirt or ONE pair of $15 socks?). I've gotten a bunch of super cute things, sent back some super cute stuff due to cost, but all in all it's a good company with really good customer service.

Outdated
Most clothes items I get are very out of style and I wouldn’t ever wear. This is why I stopped my subscription before and I thought it would be better the second time.

I like that some of the items push my idea of what I can wear. I like less that many pieces are the same style repeated in other color waves or repeats over time. I don't think my comments about items returned is necessarily weighed in the next shipment.

Horrible company to deal with
Horrible company to deal with. The clothing is of very poor quality and is overpriced. They pay no attention to your preferences. They send whatever they want even if it’s inappropriate for your age, body type, the season, etc. The return window is short, they will never issue a refund, no matter the circumstances. Don’t deal with this company.

Shipments need to be more flexible
Like the clothes and ease of trying on and returning. But it’s just too frequent! I wish we could say how often. I’d select quarterly. Instead now I have to pause my account for 90 days each time I get a shipment.

I like how they respond quickly to emails and efficiently try to resolve any issues I have! I wish the packages would contain some outfits rather than individual pieces.
