Received Nicop in 3 days overseas

Service was great. Very easy to communicate via Whatsapp and telegram and staff were very helpful and provided much assurance and thorough help. Just wish it wasn't so expensive but definitely a good service.

I applied for my nicop to be renewed in dec 2023. Got the nicop in March but it had someone else's signature on it. I asked them to correct the mistake and send a new one to me asap as I was flying on the end of march. They said OK, no problem. But it's August 2024 now and I still haven't received my nicop. I asked for a refund so I could apply again but still nothing. They are ignoring me. I don't have my money back and I can't apply for a new one again. This has never happened before, but im struggling to get my refund. I don't know what to do as I need to travel soon and I cannot waste money on visas etc. Not very happy right now.
I did contact nadra, I was told to speak to someone else, one team after the other everytime. It shouldn't be this hard to get a hold of the right person and to get something so simple sorted.

I was on edge after reading trustpilot however I realised it was all good after I had 24-7 assistance. I was pestering them non stop everyday cause I thought I got scammed

I would use them again and highly recommend them to anyone. I used the fast track service and got my card within a week. I applied for my older brother and younger sister they also recieved their ones 2 days before me that’s 3/3 cards delivered in a weeks time. They charge a bit of a premium however it saves you hassle and is fast and that’s what their service is for. Also just to let you all know their is 3 website domains with the same company name nadracardcentre nadracardcenter and another one this one is the legit one I used telegram to submit all details I was skeptical however it worked out smooth alhamdullilah I don’t usually leave reviews but I was being a nuisance to them as I was paranoid and they held their end of the deal I felt obliged to leave a review as it’s the least I can do. Nadracardcentre is the real website don’t fall victim to the other websites impersonating them.
I will definitely use them again in 10 years when my card expires inshallah 😂
And recommend to my other family members and friends.

I do not usually leave reviews but I have gone out my way to leave this one.
After paying for their fast track service for £199, I had to chase them for updates every day, only to be told my application cannot be processed and that I had to visit the OFFICIAL Nadra Center near me, if you managed to get something from these guys then congratulations anyone new please actually go the official Nadra Center located near you and avoid these middle men/clowns at all costs.

Ridiculous service.

I am so happy with nadra card centre. Imran hameed had helped me in such difficulty. My uncle in pakistan passed away and I needed emergency visa and he helped me a lot. I am so grateful jazakhallah

Excellent service. Entire process was quite easy and straightforward and we got the NICOP for our son much earlier than anticipated.

Absolutely horrendous. 6 months of waiting for a NICOP when was told it will only be 8 weeks. Bear in mind flying out 3 months time from application, which is plenty of time. Come back from holiday to Pakistan and still no NICOP.

By now fuming so asked for a refund. They try and charge for certain checks, I protest and they say you will get a refund within 10 days.

Multiple promises, no refund. I dispute the £280 with my bank, a week later the Nadra scammer says just need to cancel dispute and we will process refund.

Of course no refund. Now no longer responding.

Still waiting for that refund. Avoid, just get a visa.

I applied in February for urgent service got refused, they said i would get refund within week, its been three months, didn't receive card or refund, they're pretending to be nadra card officials which is fraud, i will report them to uk officials, waqaas shiekh

This centre is not good at all. I wasted so much money and time only to realise that my documents were not accepted. I have had do the whole process again with the Pakistan Embassy.
The worse thing is that I won’t get a refund for the poor service. DO NOT USE THEM, go to the embassy!!!!

I applied for a Nadra card in London Dec 2023. Card arrived from Pakistan but with incorrect date of birth.i then had to visit the London office for a second time in February , despite protesting had to pay the fee again, and was told card would be with me in 6 to 8 weeks. Having not received the card phoned London helpline only to be told due to data protection they could not help me and I would have to phone Pakitan office. Tried speaking to Pakistan on several occasions only to be told speak to London. Five months and I still do not have a card. What abysmal service from extremely unhelpful, unfriendly and incompetent staff. God help anyone whose application is unsuccessful or troublesome.

I used the services of Nadra Card Centre last year when just days before my scheduled flight I couldn't locate my card. The team at Nadra Card Centre provided exceptional service, resolving my issue efficiently. Despite the premium price I paid, I found it to be excellent value considering the quality of service rendered. Highly recommended for their professionalism and reliability.

I paid executive fees of £160 to this service for the NICOP, while simultaneously using the official NADRA website for another family member, where I paid only $75. The official NADRA website was much quicker, but the service here failed to respond, consistently ignoring my messages. I applied for the NICOP on the official website, and the next day, they notified me that my application was completed and that they would be sending my NICOP within the next two working days. Meanwhile, this service, charging more than double, has not even shown that the application reached NADRA HQ according to their tracking system. My advice would be to stay away from them and use the official NADRA website instead. If something goes wrong, NADRA HQ in Islamabad actually calls you directly. And to rub salt in the wounds they don't even refund you if you have accidentally made an order and realised you have messed up.

The official NADRA website is id.nadra.gov.pk, and here the Family Registeration Certificate costs Rs 1000 (around £3). I only realised this after I had paid £80 to these scam artists at Nadra card centre, thinking that this was the official NADRA website. I do not know how they can use the name "Nadra Card Centre"; if a website in UK operated under "British Passport Centre", it would be taken down in no time. I hope someone with legal background looks into this.
Before realising this scam, I even persuaded my brother to obtain his FRC through them; alarm bells started ringing when they tried to charge him even more than me (£120) as they didn't even have a standard price for the same service. I'm gutted that I and my brother got fooled into paying them such an extortionate amount of money for what official NADRA website would only have charged around £3.
