Terrible company

Terrible company. I placed an order on March 22nd. I did receive a confirmation with an order number. Have not received anything yet. I’ve emailed them three times. I received one response stating they were sorry and could not find my order despite the fact that I included a screenshot of the order confirmation. I’ve asked for a refund. So far no other responses. Do not order from this company! Today I will be contacting my credit card company and initiate a complaint to get a refund

Very happy

Very happy with the purchasing and delivery service.
I am really impressed with the product.
The tip works so much better than the “official branded product”.
The recharging process is great although I think the plastic cover on the usb port could be improved because it could be easily lost.
It is better than the alternative where the connection cover is easily lost and costs money to replace to protect the connection.
The magnet is nice and strong.
Easy to turn and off. This means that charge is held rather than dwindling if not used. Lights showing charge and in operation are a great idea. 2 spare tips.
Much easier to use on screen and more accurate, less slipping.

Made an order on April 1st

Made an order on April 1st. Have not received it as yet. Email sent today 15th April and awaiting a response which I marked as Anticipating a response today. Absolutel no folowup email on delivery eta or reason for delay. I am concerned now having read all the reviews. Will be following up this review in 5 day pending a response. At which time I may have to contact Irish band and Merchants regarding payment via to this company. At this satge a refund will suffice if the order can not be completed for any reason.

I am very disappointed with this company. I didn’t not receive my order in time for Easter. When I did receive a notice that it was delivered I didn’t actually receive a package. Do not order from rushbat!

Got the vape cigarette

Got the vape cigarette, doesn't work and it is of very poor quality. Sent several emails asking for a refund and getting no response. Paid $54,40 dollars for a piece of junk. Should be reported for false advertising. May aswell flush my money down the toilet

Steer clear.

Stupidly ordered stuff from this joke of a company. They only sent me half my order which eventually arrived after a month and now nobody will reply to my emails requesting either the rest of my order or my money back from the items not received. Do yourself a favour and stay away. Order from literally anybody else, you will encounter nothing but disappointment from these cowboys.

SCAMMM!!!

I did not receive what I ordered they sent me something that I don’t even know what it’s for something for a drill that I don’t even know what it’s for I did not get for what I paid for and it was not cheap. Please read reviews before purchasing.

ZERO STARS!! Complete scam! Never received my order which was $189. I sent 3 emails with no response. Reporting to the BBB and to my credit card company as fraudulent charges and a fraudulent company.

They lie about their products and send…

They lie about their products and send garbage to you instead of what they advertise. I saved the ad showing what they say they are sending you and then plastic garbage. Sent two emails to them and yet no response. I'm not understanding how they can continue to advertise from this fake company. They advertise small bottles of liquor bottles but send small plastic liquor decorations that you would put on your Christmas tree. This company should be reported to the BBB and Facebook should take them of their page. I have saved the advertisement that they still post on fb

False advertising

False advertising! Ad said 2000 to 3000 watt heater. Got 1500 watt. After ordering I thought? An outlet can only take 110 amps. A 3000 watt would over heat and cause fire! Would not be U.L. Approved. Paid 70 dollars for 25 dollar heater. Only 7” wide. Should be reported to federal trade commission!

Bunch of scammers!!

Bunch of scammers!!! Wish I had checked the reviews before placing my order. Saw the add on Instagram for the dash cam ordered two spend around $150
No response to my emails no updates on shipping
Then I see all these reviews that they are scammers with similar experience
I hope you get the worst karma possible for taking our hard earned money and scamming us, especially leading up to Christmas !!!!!
