From my first questions, follow up questions, through finding the perfect bag for my needs, ordering and shipping feed back I was working with the same person. Olga always responded quickly and just made the entire process a positive customer experience. Can’t thank them enough. The bag was shipped in a quite reasonable time frame. The quality of my bag exceeded all my expectations. My handpan will be well protected and the bag is comfortable to carry. I’m sure I will be enjoying it for many years to come.

My instrument bag was customized to my preferences. The shipping took a little bit longer than I anticipated initially but it was well worth the wait. It was packaged very well. Actually took me a little while to open the package. Everything was beautiful. Completely matched the description. The colors were beautiful. My flute fits perfectly in the bag. I will definitely go this route again in the future if needed.

I have purchased several bags from Namana for my Native American Flutes. I have invested quite a bit in some of my flutes and want to feel they are well protected when I take them out with me. Every time, Olga has gone out of her way to make sure each one is perfect. Most recently, she fashioned an extra tube of padding for a smaller flute which worked out extremely well. I now feel comfortable taking my flutes with me anywhere I travel without any worry about their safety. Namana is definitely the go to place for personalized musical instrument bags.

I've asked for a special request of different props(circus props). And all the sizes fit perfectly. The quality feels great. And the service is really good. They are helping you to find a solution for everything throughout the full progress. Plus you get a 3 warranty of the products! And even 10 years if you make some good video's.

I am beyond grateful that I chose Namanabags to design and create the bags for my lyre and n’goni.
These instruments are both very dear to me and it feels good to have sturdy and protective bags for them.
Before I decided to contact Namanabags I did a lot of research and the personal reviews really helped me a lot in the decision process. From the first contact it was clear that Elena and her team know very well what they are doing. The entire process is built up of clear phases: discovery and options discussion, final choices, invoice, start of the design process and check-in for details, creation process, customs documentation, sending of package, ...
As I wanted an entirely custom made bag for my lyre as well as some adjustments to my n’goni bag (compared to the standard model), Elena fully showed her creative and problem-solving skills. It was a blast to discover we were co-creating as she just as easily could incorporate any suggestions from my side into her design process. I must admit that at some points I felt insecure and it really helped to read Elena’s words of comfort and trust.
Apart from the process, the results (the bags) are the best too!! I like their finish, the way they feel, open, close and protect. I won’t go on a hiking trip with my giant n’goni bag, but I will transport it with confidence. And as for my sweet little lyre, I made a short video to show how it turned out.

Amazing high quality beautiful materials. Smart design makes carrying my handpan long distances feel almost weightless. I got the sailcloth backpack version with pockets and was impressed that it comes with a chest strap as well as a waist strap and extra clips. Craftsmanship and customer support both great. I’d order from them again since they also do harmonium cases.
