I absolutely love my nameplate! They have amazing customer service, they made my nameplate so I could put my own chain on it. I don’t have words for how happy I am with the nameplate I recommend this company this is the second time I have purchased a nameplate and they always deliver the best . Also super fast shipping. Buyer beware. This Company is horrible. Their communication skills are well below average. I paid for expedited shipping. I placed my order 11/18/20. There is a 10 processing time. On 12/2/20 I tried to contact the company and it was impossible. They do not answer emails, and their mailbox is full if you call them. I finally was able to get them to talk to me via chat on their website, and they emailed me tracking information. The tracking information states they dropped my order to their shipping on 11/29/20. It has not moved as of today (12/10/20). I have tried several times to get accurate tracking information and the answer I get is “you will have it in a couple of days.” They are liars and dishonest. I paid for expedited shipping and the tracking states GROUND. I will have to do a chargeback on this Company.

I am so happy with my beautiful memory bracelets!!!!! They came out gorgeous!! I picked the black print and I’m happy I can see the writing!!!! I also love the heart emoji with angel wings! I would definitely order from them again! I took a chance in this company, never using it before and even ordered 2!!!!!! These bracelets are very special to me!

Purchased 2 necklaces granddaughter has worn hers twice it's turning black sterling silver shouldn't turn like that !

I ordered a silver cuff bracelet engraved with my parents signatures in their own handwriting. It took a while to get here..like 2 months but it was worth the wait. It's beautiful! Thank you for a job well done.

My bracelet I bought from Nameplate Depot is gorgeous. I bought a gold bracelet with a quote engraved on the outside as well on the inside and I received many compliments on it. :)

Ordered a bracelet for my daughter for Christmas nearly 3 weeks ago. It never arrived and while I requested tracking updates, I never got any texts about its whereabouts. Called the customer service number and got a message that "the user's mailbox is full".

Don’t buy from them after a few months the stone came out and I paid a lot of money for a necklace with all stones. I contacted them and they said I was past warranty but they might send me a few more lose stones to have it fixed my self. I thought that was nice but I never revived anything and they didn't keep there word. It sucks I can't wear my necklace because of something so small that they could of easier helped with as promised. I even took it to a jeweler and they said those stones wouldn't match so I couldn't do it.

I ordered this in sterling silver and it came out beautifully! It was a gift for my friend and she really loves it. Craftmanship is gorgeous! It took a while for it to get to me however, I almost thought they forgot about me. I waited however, due to the busy holiday season. Overall, very pleased.

I spent xtra 20 in addition to the 494 for necklace to have 10 day shipping instead of the standard..what a ripoff 12 days later and have yet to hear from anyone with regards to any delays after contacting them...not happy

I AM AWARE THAT IT IS 10 BUSINESS DAYS I PLACED ORDER ON OCT 21RST WHICH MATH WILL TELL YOU ITS BEEN WELL PAST 10 BUSINESS DAYS BECAUSE TODAY IS NOV.8TH AND STILL NO NECKLACE NAMEPLATE DEPOT.
Now, I have had contact via e-mail with an apology from nameplate depot for delay due to trade show. I will remove my negative review when I RECIEVE my necklace.

FINALLY RECIEVED MY NECKLACE AND THE NAME WAS SPELLED WRONG!! I HAVE SCREENSHOTS OF ORDER SHOWING MY NAME SPELLED CORRECTLY AND AFTER WAITING ON AN EXPEDITED SHIPPING WHICH WAS A RIP-OFF, MY NAME WAS SPELLED AS "MARIANA" AND MY NAME IS MARLANA. I PURCHASED THIS NECKLACE BECAUSE MY SPOUSE IS DEPLOYED WITH THE US ARMY AS A TRIBUTE AND IM HEARTBROKEN. I WILL HAVE TO TAKE TO A LOCAL JEWELER TO SEE IF THEY CAN FIX IT...I WAS HOPING TODAY I WOULD BE REMOVING THIS HORRIBLE REVIEW BUT I CANT BECAUSE ITS THE TRUTH.
