I have used Napthens for years not the cheapest but like so many things in life you get what you pay for.
They have dealt with many hundreds of thousands of pounds worth of my property and other business, yes because they are human, errors can occur but this small issue was dealt with quickly and resolved.
Andrew in rural property is outstanding in his communications and keeping the client up to date.

Horrible service! Extremely slow, over charge and magically add hidden charges! I have complained about them and the person buying my house complained about them. Slow, unresponsive, rude people! If you are stupid enough to use them avoid Kelly at all costs! So useless!

Storm Hunt, Shellene Blackman and Anna Nodwell helped us with our recent move which was not straightforward but they were excellent throughout and we would definitely recommend them to guide you through the tortuous English house buying process.

I recently bought a property, and Storm at Napthens took care of the conveyancing. She was professional, efficient and clear. I'm very happy with the service I received and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

For over two years, we had made concerted efforts to engage the other party in dialogue in order to amicably settle a breach of contract dispute. When this proved unsuccessful, we sought the support of our MP but the goverment department concerned would not intervene.

Having recently bought and sold a property using Napthens, I would highly reccomend.

Sean Aldridge and Jennifer Darwen were informed of a leaking roof in a disabled 78 year old's house on 9th Feb 2021 at the start of the day. It's now Friday 12th and they are failing to secure a firm to undertake the work despite them being responsible for the care and maintenance of the property.
Update Day 8 and still no response to emails and calls. It's rained, the ceiling is soaked, damage is being done.

This is the second time we have used Napthens for the sale/purchase of a property. On both occasions they have been very helpful and efficient. Fees are explained at the start of the process. They always answer or return phone calls and emails and know exactly where in the process you are. We were kept well informed of progress being made. We have also used them for probate and had a similar experience.

We used Napthens Preston for our first home purchase and we will definitely go back to this firm when we decide to move again.

I can't recommend Napthens more.
