We have the McClure trust which we told had gone.
Rabbit in headlights moment and didn't know where to start getting their trustees removed from our deeds ,Wills etc and back Into our names.
We spoke to David at Nash and co and he straight away made us feel that they knew and had dealt with ordinary people like us. We decided to go ahead (despite them being in Portsmouth and us in Essex) and in came Amy !!! We had a video call with Amy and she explained everything to us,including what we would be able to do ourselves ,then followed it up with a quote itemising every step, once we had said yes,Amy was firing on all cylinders!!
Emails, post (lots of things to sign and get witnessed) but Amy kept us informed what she was doing all the way.
