Nashville Home Inspection Avis

Andrew, our inspector, was very thorough and professional. We received our report shortly after he left.

I was very impressed with how quickly the inspection got done after we made contact and then that the report was sent within 15 minutes of the inspection being completed. I would not have come up with the recommended items that needed to be repaired or fixed on my own either.

Great communication and thoroughness! The report was very clear with pictures to ensure we know precisely what was being detailed. We now know how the roof looks up close from a drone.

We ordered the comprehensive package prior to a potential purchase and feel it was money VERY well spent! From structural integrity to plumbing to electrical to mold and pest control, everything was completely covered and very well explained and documented. This inspection was crucial to our decision about whether to proceed further with a home purchase.

Inspector was very deliberate in his work and took appropriate time to examine the entire structure. He identified many items - some which were relatively minor/simple, and quite a few that are not minor. He focused on his work, but also took time to explain his findings to us; his report was even more informative. Finally, he made himself available to discuss the findings.

We bought home in Hendersonville, TN as our retirement home. From the beginning of selecting a home inspection company, Nashville Home Inspection website was very easy to navigate. They had all services easy to select along with pricing. Logan was our inspector. He and NHI kept in regular contact. Reports were generated same day including detailed inspection results, photos, and recommendations. Logan made himself available by phone, which we appreciated. I would highly recommend NHI if you are seeking a highly qualified company.

We worked with Stephen at Nashville Home Inspection and had a great experience. He was thorough, professional, and took the time to explain what he was seeing throughout the inspection. He made everything easy to understand and gave us a much better picture of the property before moving forward. We really appreciated his attention to detail and would definitely recommend Stephen and Nashville Home Inspection to anyone buying a home in the area.

Andrew was awesome. He explained everything about the process and was very professional throughout the entire process.

Excellent job very thorough

I was very pleased to work with the home inspection company that our realtor had selected - Nashville Home Inspection. The representative from this company impressed me with his experience and abilities. He was thorough in his work, and explained clearly al that he had seen. It's made me feel secure that the condition of our prospective home has been fully reported to my wife and I. I would certainly recommend the Nashville Home Inspection company to anyone

Our inspector Clint was great! He was very thorough and saved us from taking on a home with a lot of issues. We’ll be using him again for our next potential home!

My experience with Nashville Home Inspection was amazing. The company communicates before, during, and after the inspection services. And the Inspector I had was head and shoulders above others I've had over the years. He was professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. On one of the hottest days, he kept his cool and always with a joke or a smile. I highly recommend this company.

Stephen did the most thorough professional inspection I’ve seen. I’ve bought and sold several properties, he’s by far the best.

I was able to get an appointment quickly. Shawn was pilot helpful and very efficient and thorough!
Would definitely recommend.
