Finding Natalie is one of the best things I have ever done! I’m 55 now and began my journey with Nat in July ‘25. She listened to my goals (I wanted to workout at home as knew I’d not have the motivation to go to a gym) and created a programme for me - dumbbells at home 3x week and a weekly 1:1 session with her. She also taught me so much about nutrition. Roll on 11 months and I feel that I have progressed so much under Nat’s guidance and support. I am so much stronger and more confident in my own skin. I know it’s not about the weight but I’m just 1kg off my goal which was to lose 1 stone. Two months ago I joined a gym and going 3 times a week is just part of my routine now. Nat adapted my programme to incorporate machines I was beginning to use at the gym. I looked forward to every single session with her - she always got the most out of me, and as she tracks your progress it’s so motivating when you know you’re improving and getting stronger. Full of admiration for Natalie - she’s so inspiring, open and real. Very easy to talk to - we always have a laugh and a good chat. The client WhatsApp group chat is really nice too - sharing tips and recipes and supporting each other. Yep, can’t praise her and thank her enough!
