National Boiler Parts Avis 

Ordered via Ebay, service was spot on, item was well packaged and delivered quickly. The fan was easy to install and I am delighted with it so far.

I ordered a pcb. I have not received it. I have tried ringing and emailing - no reply on the phone and the email comes back saying the address has been disabled. I have also filled in the contact form on their website but haven't heard anything back at all. I have now got to open a dispute on Paypal in order to get my money back and I will also have to find another supplier for the part I need and go through the whole process of ordering, buying etc all over again. I am very, VERY angry indeed.
Don't bother with these people. A complete waste of time.

A week on from ordering a part for a broken boiler and still not heard a dickie bird..... Poor show

Been waiting 7 days on my boiler spares to arrive, not good service when it should only take 3/4 days. Was advised my order had been lost in the system!

Ordered my item at 5:20 ish and my part arrive the following day around 6 as described great value will definitely use these again

1 week since parts ordered and paid for not received. Can’t get through to them on the phone, no one answers. Emailed await reply.

Excellent service and product. Ordered new PCB and it needed programming via 'service set-up' on our boiler, to enable compatibility with the user interface. I telephoned National Boiler Parts and they kindly told me exactly how to do it, that was not part of the purchase/service but they helped anyway and the boiler started up perfectly. Many thanks

Needed a new fan to repair my boiler. As the boiler is 10 years old, I was advised to find a refurbished part rather than buying new. NBP had exactly what i needed at a very good price and could do next day delivery with a partial refund on the returned part. seemed exactly what I needed.
so, I placed an order at around 9 am to ensure delivery the next day, as confirmed on their website. Next day - nothing had arrived by around 3:30, so phoned. Eventually spoke to someone after a long hold to be told that for some reason, it hadn't shipped, but should ship that day (Tuesday)
It arrived Wednesday afternoon.
the part itself is as good as new - much better than I was expecting and the known weakpoints on the part (the bearings) were new.
There was no instructions on how to return the old par for credit. Usually, you'd expect a tag to attach to the part.
I emailed them to ask for advice on how to return. A week later, I'm still waiting for a reply.
In summary, the part is first class, but the order admin and customer care is not so good.

Ordered on Monday for next day delivery but didn't get delivered till Friday so had no hot water all week . Not your fault but I had to phone DPL only to find out it was delivered to the wrong house on the Thursday very annoying.

Excellent, Part arrived as described and in quick time, fitted immediately and it works as expected leaving me very happy thank you. Happy to do business with Northern boiler parts anytime.

Excellent service CPB repaired and returned the next day. Boiler now working when British Gas adviced it wasnt repairable.
