I approached this company with a huge amount of debt. I was worried sick and I couldn’t see a way out. I felt like I was drowning and the stress was really starting to effect my health.
I am so pleased I spoke to James Baker. He advised me on the options available based on my circumstances. His empathy and professionalism was exceptional, literally second to none. He didn’t judge me, which I appreciated, as I was very embarrassed about the situation I had got myself in.
After some consideration, I decided an IVA was the best solution for me.
James got the ball rolling the same day I spoke to him and kept me informed throughout the entire process.
My IVA is now in place. I feel I can breathe again and move on with my life.

I had a great experience with this company I dealt with Andy and from the moment he took my call put me at ease explained everything I needed and answered all questions giving me WhatsApp to message at any point also was fully understanding when I had issues getting all information to him and also kept me informed fully through the whole process , not only was he professional he was polite , understanding and went at a pace that wasn’t pressured and made the whole process seem less from start to finish .
