No contact as to when it was going to…
No contact as to when it was going to be delivered, when I contacted to ask a date was given but not fulfilled, another date was then given and delivered

I am sorry, I did ring the branch and they had had issues the day of the delivery and had promised to get it out for you the same day. They got their driver to deliver to you straight away.

Excellent service. They made every effort to deliver the panels when requested. The colour was exactly as described and matched perfectly. They look great on the wall and I'm very happy with the quality. Highly recommend.

Communication not great
(Edited to remove bit about colours not matching, which was actually my ordering error) I only received the email saying they'd been dispatched 10 minutes before delivery, with no mention that delivery was that day!

Bathroom wall panels
Ordered some Zest bathroom wall panels, competitive prices plus free delivery over a spend of over £100 which was a bonus as other companies didn't offer this. Easy to order from website and they arrived within the specified time frame. Would definitely order again from National Plastics and also recommend to others.

Delivered to billing address not…
Delivered to billing address not shipping address. Now I have to try to get 5 metre lengths of flexible plastic to the shipping address several miles away. Even though I contacted firm and gave correct shipping address before delivery. I just as well had talked to a wall.

Fascia & guttering order
Ordered fascia and guttering to replace what's currently on our garage. Delivery came from the Weston-super-Mare store and arrived ahead of estimated delivery date. Friendly driver. Have used National Plastics before both online and popping into the store and always found them very helpful.
Tried to select Weston-super-Mare as a specific store but there are only 4 stores listed to pick from.

We only ordered samples which arrived quickly unfortunately the two that we liked were out of stock when I enquired about delivery I was given timelines for both which was great
