Size
I needed to know the dimensions of the parts I ordered and, having asked, I was given incorrect information. I asked it to be checked and was told the measurements given were correct.
If I hadn't decided this information was wrong, I might no have bought the items.
On receipt of the goods I checked the dimensions and found they were indeed different to what I was told. And I emailed to given the office the correct information.
Although I imagine these dimensions are not important to some customers, it would seem appropriate to include them with product information.

Even when our order was slightly wrong, they noticed it and called to check it. They were right to do so. We made a last minute change and it was all delivered correctly on the same day.

Went to national plastics at Ilkeston. Nathan went above and beyond to help us out even getting the panels out of the boxes so I could see what it looked like as you can’t properly see from the small bits on the wall , I can’t recvommmed him enough absolutely amazing! Thank you!

Missing print and damaged edges during the cutting process - not delivery,
Unfortunately all panels arrived with damaged edges during the cutting process - not delivery, as well with missing print/pattern.

Beyond poor experience
Beyond poor experience. Had no updates from this company that my order had been dispatched or that it was out for delivery. Subsequently the panels arrived at my house when no one was home, so were just left outside. Upon inspection 3 out of 5 of the Zest Panels I had ordered were damaged. They had completely busted corners, with the damage running atleast 6 inches up each corner. But that’s not surprising giving the lack of packaging on each one. I got straight on to National Plastics to complain about the faulty panels, and sent them relevant pictures. They asked if I wanted a 10% refund or the faulty panels replaced. I felt the amount of damage warranted more than a 10% discount so I asked for my panels to be replaced. It’s been nearly two weeks since I logged my complaint and I haven’t heard a thing from the company. I’ve emailed multiple times, trying to chase them and I’ve just been ignored. I’m beginning to get very frustrated as I have tradesmen coming next week to fit my ensuite, and the panels haven’t been replaced.
Personally I would avoid this company, unless you can pick up your order from their store. The delivery updates were non existent, the packaging was not sufficient in protecting my order and the customer service is a joke.

We did send you the email a second time as you said you had heard nothing and you needed a particular batch number. I have left a message on your answerphone today as we have found the correct batch and the items have been reordered. I know you left a message on Saturday asking for someone to call you back or you would go to social media but the offices are closed over the weekend so this was only picked up today. The order will be with you in a day or two. If you have any problems please call me on 01827 227777.

Urgent requirement
I needed the goods ASAP as we had been badly let down by our builders so after ringing the helpline I did as they suggested and emailed my request for fast delivery and the goods were with us in record time. I found the helpdesk very polite and able to help me in my rather unreasonable request!!
