Repairs on Xmas eve.
The technicians managed to repair the windscreen and for that I'm really grateful. They were courteous as well and that I appreciate it much.
The only thing was that being Xmas eve, on my own, I was very worried as it was the last job of the day. Maybe priority should be given to Solo customers?

The team came out on a filthy day and carried out the job in pouring rain with a smile and cleaned up most of the mess (from a brick through the window). Thank you for being so prompt and doing a good job.

Left out two Plastic Lower Wind Screen…
Left out two Plastic Lower Wind Screen Trim Retaining Anchors Either Broke the existing Ones When removinf the trim to take the Windscreen Out Or Just did Not put them Bck after windscreen had been Replaced.

Very professional
The team initially came to my home to fix a small chip but very reasonably couldn’t fix the massive crack running along the very bottom of the windscreen which I had failed to notice!
An appointment at their site was swiftly scheduled and the work was carried out there while I used their comfortable lounge/coworking space. Everyone I dealt with was very professional and friendly. Thank you.
