- The online booking process was simple and straightforward. Webchat customer service was available to answer any inquiries regarding the booking.
- I received an SMS confirmation in the afternoon before my appointment date.
- The technician was friendly and explained the causes of the chips in my windscreen and the repair process.
- The entire replacement job was completed within 1.5 hours.
- The overall experience was great!
Suggestions
I booked a PM session through their website and received an immediate confirmation email acknowledging my booking. The email stated that I would get a confirmed drop-off time up to 24 hours before the appointment date. However, due to my schedule planning, I couldn’t wait and contacted their webchat customer service around noon the day before my appointment to confirm the drop-off time. It would be much more convenient if they could send an SMS confirmation on the morning of the day before the appointment.

The office in Bath sorted things out…
The office in Bath sorted things out with my insurance company so only the excess was payable. First appointment (next day) weeks ahead of the other windscreen companies that my insurance company would have preferred !
