The person who fitted was excellent, very clean, made no mess what so ever and most importantly was very polite and generally a top man. Highly recommend this company.

The gentleman who came out to my home address to fix the chip in my windscreen he was so professional he talked me through the whole process very courteous and polite I just forgot to get his name but I was so amazed with the job you could hardly see it great job

Terrible they was late getting the car…
Terrible they was late getting the car in then they damaged the car got the glue they use all over the paint work and got loads of attitude off a lad called Daniel pain avoid the Birmingham branch at least hopefully the others are better

Absolutely appalling service.
Complete lack of professionalism and competence. During my first appointment at the branch, the technician actually installed the WRONG glass model on my car, and they were so negligent that they left loose metal trim clips inside the vehicle. Then during my second appointment to get the correct glass fitted, they completely messed up my Tesla camera alignment. Now my Autopilot and active safety features are totally broken with system alerts. I have completely lost confidence in this company. I cannot trust them with my vehicle ever again, and I am now forced to go to Tesla official service to fix their messy mistakes. Avoid at all costs !

Unfinished job. Practically got a glass only
The technician sent by the company was not able to adjust the windows glass properly. He stated that after the door glass was broken, the button was pressed accidentally and due to this pulley something is not aligned properly and for adjusting contact any denter as this is not in their scope. They just placed the glass in the door to prevent the rain. It has no up and down functioning. If i down the glass with button, it will suddenly fall inside. Question is how much they charge to me as excess and to my insurance company for this glass only. The glass from market is very cheaper. If their technician cant sort out the fixing, why they charge an arm and a leg for fitting.
Update: It is now 20th of July, besides National Windscreens message in Trust Pilot post, they never got back to me.

The team at National Windscreens in Birmingham were outstanding. Replacing my windscreen was technically and logistically difficult. Corinna and the team in Birmingham were understanding and helpful, and went out of their way to get our car back to us in time for a trip we had long planned, even though it could have taken much longer. Staff were friendly
Staff were friendly, made sure I had the wifi code and brought refreshments. Work was carried out in a much quicker time than expected. Care information was explained in an easy to understand manner.

Cacked Windowscreen
Booking online was straightforward only issue was having to wait 5 days for the window screen replacement to take place this was due to it requiring calibration as it had ADAS and how busy the service centre's in the midlands were at the time, the website needs to update or add more reasons for the cracked screen nearest option i had was hit by a stone and this was not the case and was also noted on the Service centre's report after repair the crack only appeared when it was in a garage for a service?
on a positive note the repair was carried out on time at the Service Centre with no problems so i would use the National window screen centre's again
