My windscreen replacement was done well…
My windscreen replacement was done well but the online booking system is in need of an overhaul. Booked a morning slot but it was changed to an afternoon slot the day before my appointment without any explanation. Also, nobody answered the phone at the local depot so don’t see the point of having a phone number on the website. Very frustrating!!

From the minute I contacted you on the phone nothing was a problem in fact you superseded my first appointment by one week, which happened to fall on a day I was off work, the gentleman down at Brighton was fantastic and the fitters were clean tidy and respectful, wish some other companies would understand customer service.

Professional Business
Tracking on drivers route. Driver phoned to let me know what time he would arrive. Very professional, polite and efficient as task was explained to me. Job done expertly in good time. No rubbish left behind, car nice and clean and tidy afterwards.
