Car kept for excessive time and footwell full of glass shards
Car "required" to be dropped of at 12 and they didn't touch it until 1530. They could see how many cars they had in and were "understaffed" so book in less or be able to manage your time better so I don't have to sit about for 4 hours when it was totally unnecessary. You could have at least hoovered the footwell after, there were lots of shards of glass in it...

On the day the technician called 30 mins before arrival and was efficient carrying out the windscreen replacement. Gave advice for aftercare.

Fantastic service centre
The team on the ground at the centre was excellent. Amazing customer service and extremely quick. I would definitely use again. I would give the service centre itself 5 *.
The main office however didn’t respond to messages / answer the phone. One phone number on the confirmation email was not even active.

Smooth sailing
Booked my van in within a week of my screen cracking.
I got updated and reminders sent. Drop off and pick up was quick. Nothing got mutilated so that's good 😆. Invoice sent though text the same day. Thank you

Very poor
Very poor , sent the wrong windscreen, no apology. Told I had to wait a total of 28days.
The guy was very rude.
I complained and got it fitted the next day.
The card machine was not working and no one answers the phone to take payment …
It’s all a bit of a stressful shambles

Finally Fixed.
After going to Crawley for screen change and ADAS calibration,day later ADAS failed cal,this was sorted by Aldershot branch.
All sorted now.
