Don’t expect to much and you won’t be disappointed
Windscreen was fitted correctly so for that all good.
But waiting room and toilet are like a mechanic’s mess room, not what you expect at all, also freezing cold waiting 3 hours for window screen to be fitted.
Website is really bad and needs updating as experience leaves you thinking if you have traveled back to 1990

My Nissan Qashqai’s windscreen developed a crack, and after receiving mixed feedback about National Windscreen, I consulted my insurance company, who recommended their services. Although I anticipated the glass replacement would take several hours, the work was completed within just two hours. I am currently very unhappy !!!
I am currently very unhappy with the service from National Windscreens. After the work was carried out, I noticed that the interior upholstery of my car was left stained. I am now in discussions with them regarding how the damage will be repaired.
When I went to collect my vehicle, the employee I dealt with was unnecessarily rude and unprofessional, which made the situation even more uncomfortable.
There is also no clear reception or collection process, leaving customers unsure who to speak to or how to collect their vehicle.
I would like to add that I chose this service only because it was required by my insurance company, not by personal choice. I hope the issue will be resolved properly, but so far the experience has been disappointing.

Great service despite the poor weather the team at Questor business park in Dartford were able to reschedule at another convenient time & despite poor weather again were able to fit my vehicle in at their premises.
