Incompetent time wasting company left me with a damaged Windscreen and smashed door window for nearly 1.5 weeks.and bunged me £30 as compensation!!

The company in Hoddesdon were excellent. Very friendly and efficient. Got there at 11.30 is and was all done by 2.00pm. Very professional.

Great customer service
The staff were very helpful and polite & friendly. It would have been 5 stars except for trying to locate the actual office. There are two industrial units that look alike and I found it very frustrating if the roof was a different colour it would have helped.

A job done well
It was very easy to book. I was kept informed of when the team would arrive. the came on time and put the new windscreen in with no fuss. I have had no problems since then.

Poor service
I was told the time of booking they could calibrate my camera system for the windscreen. When I get there they tell me they can’t if this was the case I could’ve had windscreen fixed on the drive or buying an alternative company that could’ve calibrated it which is not a good service.

Very very slow service

Great service at the National…
Great service at the National Windscreens workshop. Had a new screen fitted and reprogrammed crash sensor. It was carried out by a nice chap, very friendly, polite and tidy.
