Replacement of windscreen went well.
Replacement of windscreen went really well and car was left in clean and tidy state. My only negative issue was the length of time between booking and the appointment offered for fitting.

I was very regularly updated on the process for my windscreen chip / crack, although I wasn’t advised whether it needed to be repaired or replaced until the mobile technician arrived.
Luca, the mobile technician, who attended was courteous, friendly and professional.

Easy to book a time slot. Had to drop my car off. Was told it would take upto 4 hours. It wad ready in 3 hours.

Quick service and the screen is all good. Camera has been rattling since I collected the car so I’m not convinced it is properly secured.
Would be nice just to be addressed as Dr instead of Doctor-female on all correspondence!
