Good communication from drop-off to collection
Good communication from drop-off to collection to replace my front windscreen, which was also completed faster than expected.

Windscreen replacement
Windscreen replacement was scheduled to take up to 4 hours but was completed in 2.5 hrs. Comfortable waiting room with internet connection. Friendly helpful staff.
