A very poor replacement windscreen
A very poor replacement windscreen , it hasn't been sealed correctly and the glass is of poor quality rippling at the top where it has been adhered to the car , it has scratches as well in places that doesn't affect your vision , but was does affect your vision is the poor heated element of the screen as you drive into sun ..it makes driving awkward and hazardous at worse & finally grubby fingerprints on the interior white pillars . I am complaining to my insurance company asking for a replacement. The staff were courteous and the booking in was fine just the quality of the product is very poor

The windshield was installed…
The windshield was installed incorrectly and the car was damaged; the appointment was rescheduled at the last minute, yet I was told to wait between 9:30 AM and 4:30 PM and no one showed up—I lost a whole day of work.
