Job done, quickly and by friendly people
Job done, good waiting room in Reading branch, fast wifi, so I could work in basic but comfortable surroundings. Good team on site, helpful and friendly. Would be 5 stars but, the booking lead time was long + 3weeks to get an appointment, the payment process did not work and I had to chase them to may the payment. They changed the time of my fitting from 9am to 12:00 noon and whilst they told me prior I had to rearrange my day. I booked for them to change the wiper blades but they did not order the stock so they could not change the blades (a refund was quick, a couple of days after my appointment)

The service was excellent
The service was excellent, and the repair was completed faster than anticipated. The only drawback is that car washing is not offered as part of the service.

They were quick and very friendly
They were quick and very friendly. Highly recommend the guys in the Reading depot. Only issue is that when booking in my car originally would have been better if the call centre realised that due to the type of car that I have they would never be able to replace the windscreen at home due to it needing to be calibrated.

Disappointing
Wouldn’t use again.
The new windscreen doesn’t leak but the quality of the workmanship was poor. Ample glue left all around the windscreen and on the bonnet which I’ve since removed. The frit isn’t lined up with the vin plate very well, the main windscreen wiper was put back on out of alignment and smacked the scuttle plate on every swing. A dash fixture was broken (small) but nevertheless.
