Incomplete job
New windscreen could not be fully calibrated. The red dots that should pop up as safety tools if the car is too close to the one in front do not work on the new windscreen

On the 28th August I made an appt to…
On the 28th August I made an appt to replace a Polestar 4 windshield. The appointment was made for Tuesday 15th September, 15 working days after my first contact. On the day of the appointment I received a text to say that the appointment had been cancelled, as the windscreen hadn’t arrived. I have called twice to chase. and emailed once. The second time I chased was today Friday, I was told that on the 15th a windscreen was ordered. I was promised a callback. But as at 9pm no-one has called me. Appalling bad service incidentally my car insurance is with Aviva.

Staff were quick and courteous. Service, once I arrived, was very good. Unfortunately I had to wait over 2 weeks from the date I first called to have the windscreen replaced. Tried several local and no-so-local branches but 2 week wait was the minimum I encountered.

I was given a slot and said it could take 3 - 4 hours. It was 3 1/2 hours before they started on my car. My windscreen wipers did not turn up.

Was nervous about taking vehicle to the Westfield White City but instructions given were simple to understand. Greeted by Ben and his colleague, given an approximate time for fitting and calibrating new windscreen. They both showed me the quickest way out to the coffee shops and the new Shepherds Bush tube station. Arrived back 30 minutes after finish time and was directed to the air conditioned Business Lounge for 20 more minutes. A very clean repair centre with friendly, professional staff-a credit to National Windscreens.
Car parking paid for and easy to navigate out.

National Windscreens were great but…
National Windscreens were great but finding them in Westfield a nightmare. The signage for Car Park A from Aerial Way seems non existent - I ended being forced up to John Lewis Car Park then down then entering again and doing a U turn to get to Car Park A.
Once you're in car park 2 to find level -2 and National Windscreens is challenging. They were great.
