Disappointed
I had thought of giving you a good review initially however 2 days after windscreen replacement I found my dashcam hanging off the new glass. I had that dashcam professionally fitted by a reputable company 2 years ago and never experienced any problems. Very disappointed also to notice your technician had attached it back with some duck tape hence it detached from glass.

Pleasant staff although clearer…
Pleasant staff although clearer instruction required relating to key card requirement policy and the time stated AM although the venue said PM... over 6 hours wait.

Replaced cracked windscreen
Pro: They successfully replaced the windscreen in 1 visit
Con: Their appointment times are ridiculous. I was asked to get there between 12 and 12.30pm, and when I arrived, I was told they wouldn't be looking at my car until at least 3.30pm. Not ideal when you live 10 miles away. Who has that kind of time on their hands?! And it's not as though their waiting room is super comfortable to waste away 3+ hours in either.

The fitting of the new screen was done well, but a tighter time slot would have been appreciated.
The fitting of the new screen was done skilfully and well, and I thank the team for it, but a tighter time slot would have been appreciated. Other people waiting at the same time said the same. I arrived at 12:30, as requested, at which point I found that I was fifth (last) on the schedule, and my car was not started until 15:45. Since I was last on the schedule, it would surely have been possible to give me a call, so I could have arrived later.

Seamless experience
Easy to book, had text reminders and dropped my car off earlier than my allotted time as had to go to work. The fellas were very nice and not intimidating for a woman at all. Collection was easy and straightforward and everything was explained. Would recommend.

Chip repaired but can still see it.
Windscreen man, kept me updated with arrival time & did the job.
Only downside is that although the screen chip has been repaired so it won't break, you can still see its there. The repaired advised me that it is repaired & this unfortnately no windscreens can be repaired without it showing.
