Ordered some preworkout back in April 2024 and received nothing but eventually got a refund which included free products but none that I ordered. After this I attempted to reorder my pre workout (June 2025) and am yet to receive it. Little to no costumer service which did not resolve any problems and just responded in vague excuses. Tried multiple times to give alternative solutions such as different shipping locations (from Canada to NY because of international shipping excuses from the company despite them offering it). Do not order from them unless you want your money to disappear.

Ordered in April, still waiting for my order, I emailed company, they responded months later aftwr multiple attemps to contact them, saying they will get onto the airline and get back to me qithin the week and will send me a new batch of what I bought since it was past the delivery time they stated. Its now December still waiting and they wont reply to my emilas or calls. They stole my money which was $300 its money in could use to buy xmas pressies but no they stole it. Would not recommend this company to anyone. I already have mates in the USA who now refuse to buy from these guys also.

The only site i will use for quality prohormones, they always load us up with extra stuff. Give us the run down when things will be back we have been waiting for Superdrol for like 9 months, and these dudes only ones who give us the regular run down.

Placed an order July 15th. Still have not received my order. I emailed the company and they responded that my order was shipped and they would open a ticket with the warehouse and follow up Monday. They never emailed back but created a label and never shipped it. I emailed them again to just issue a refund and no response. I did more research and saw that others have complained about the same issue of not getting their orders. The company will combat bad reviews with unprofessionalism because they know their “business” is a fraud.
Best thing to do is file a chargeback with your bank and report their website to Shopify where they’re hosting the website.

I recently made an order and have not received any update. I have emailed the company multiple times now. Leaving my full name, and order number asking for updates and estimates for shipping or delivery and have not seen any reply. I have also tried call the phone number provided for customer service and get nothing but a busy signal. I'd really appreciate any communication or support.

Okay so it’s been over 4 months with multiple emails to correct my order. I did not get what i ordered. They said they would make it right. And send me the correct products multiple times . Still haven’t received them. And that’s too bad I ordered a lot from this company in the past. But they will not make it right. So no more. I have had emails to sales multiple times.

Recently purchased some dark labs pre-workout and would like to return it because the product is no good. I compared it with the same item I purchased recently from the Dark Labs company website and the one I got from nattysuperstore website is not the same product. The powder has a different smell, taste, and texture. Also, the product has very little to no active ingredient in it. Tried to resolve issue with their customer service and received a very rude return email

I received the wrong order. They not only rectified it but sent me an additional product on the house. Pretty cool guys.

Ordered product from Natty Superstore that was mailed out by UPS from Birmingham ,Alabama June 20th...product only got as far as Atlanta as UPS said they couldn't mail to PO box address(which is what I use)..product got returned to Natty Superstore..Asked them if it would be remailed or get my money back...July 5th someone finally replied back saying it had been remailed with an arrogant email stating "were not mind readers"...no idea what he was on about as you don't need to be a mind reader to look at an address and remail product or answer a simple question...Asked if it had been remailed using usps or once again ups and that I would need the tracking number as proof it was mailed to me...never got a reply back...contacted them several times over the next 5 weeks and still no reply,,their phone number on website doesn't work either..still never received product and got a chargeback done after contacting credit card company and filing a complaint. I also informed the Attorney General of the state of Alabama and the consumer affairs for the state of Alabama...Natty Superstore will soon be going BYE BYE...

I was asking for the refund policy on the non returnable items and this is how it went 😭. “ I don’t know what you are talking about. What is your order number stop being so cryptic this isn’t smuggling we are a small business. Give me your order number ” so I replied “ 😭😭I’m not being cryptic I’m just asking a simple question, what language do you speak I can make it easier for you to understand I’ll put it into Google translate. I’m asking will I get a refund if my item is damaged because I am looking to buy an item from you that is “non returnable” so I’m asking if it happens to be damaged will I get a refund?” he replies with “ Go buy elsewhere. Go back and read your sh!t ( had to put ! So it’s not inappropriate) and tell me am I being weird or are you. All supplements are refundable if unopened and you follow the procedure. You’re just a glorified time waster and we aren’t interested in selling to you.
