Even though I have had a couple of packaging issues it was dealt with personally over the phone quickly and without dispute. Thank you.

I was told by my GP that I had Rosacea and he had been pumping me full of steroids, I tried every cream on the market until I found these products. I cannot praise them highly enough, I use the hypo allergenic products and my skin has never been better - no more steroids for me.

Horrible customer service, orderd a hair dye from them that got lost and of course after 1 illiterate reply they stopped replying, no money back of course but pls don't get fooled by the good reviews, and yes I def ordered from them so none of the fake client nonsense.

This serum was advertised under the guise of treating Blepharitis. DO NOT PUT THIS ANYWHERE NEAR YOUR EYES. I was charged £9.99 for a pot containing less than a teaspoonful of serum and two teaspoons of oil and face wash which I do not order. An absolute rip off, I don’t know how this company are getting away with it. The email I received about this was treated with a couldn’t care less attitude.

Well I'm actually pretty blown away. I bought the tester pots just to see what they were like before committing. Only used them for 3 days but wow. Post menopause suddenly developed itchy rash on my forearms. The moisturizer (restoration serum ...had to put my glasses on to read the small pot) has stopped the itching and scratching and dried up the spots that I've scratched like crazy in just 3 days of use. The face oil is mental it just soaks into your skin and leaves it super soft. Going to use up the rest of the testers then buying the proper sizes absolutely love these

I do not like ordering on line so happy I can call Natural Elements, I usually speak with John who is very helpful. My Natural Elements products are always delivered so quickly, excellent service

Received the face tightening serum today, applied it earlier and has caused a long a dented wrinkle across my forehead, just appeared out of nowhere, I'm worried it's there to stay now, so upset and disappointed.

They are literally selling cheaply made products. Most reviews here are fake and cause problems. as soon as a negative review comes, they start posting new positive reviews easily. Beware. I would not deal with them ever.
