Poor customer service

Customer service representatives are not very friendly.
Charging $8 for returns even when you want to exchange for another size, then waiting 2-3 weeks for refund isn’t rated high on my customer satisfaction ratings. I would not recommend purchasing from this business.

Scam website + return charge

First off. Be aware that they are online only and if you want to return anything YOU WILL BE CHARGED $8. Is it really worth it when most companies now have free returns? Second but even worse... after I paid there was a pop-up that indicated I could get a $20 rebate on delivery. That kind of made no sense as delivery was free
.. but given it was a big company like naturalizer I assumed it was legit. Was I wrong. When I clicked it populated my information inthe rebate form.i read it and then backed out but it made no difference as when I clicked to find about about the rebate I instantly joined a free delivery scam and my credit card would have got billed $25 canadian a month forever. Had to cancel the card. Huge hassle.what kind of company has this on thier website? Avoid this website like the plague.

Never again! Abysmal customer service, decreased quality.. steer clear!

I do not trust Naturalizer anymore and will NEVER purchase from them again!

I have been a loyal customer since the early 2000s. They have since closed all their physical locations, their website and email communications are not streamlined and conflicting information is being communicated, the quality of their shoes has gone down drastically in the last 10 or so years and their customer service has become an intentionally difficult, drawn out and discouraging process.

I purchased a pair of boots through their website on a friday, which is a brand that they are sourcing from a third party, and it clearly stated on the product details page that the item was slated to ship on the following monday. The first red flag was that the email confirmation after placing my order stated that the item would be final sale, which was not mentioned anywhere on their site on the product page, nor throughout the entire checkout process. After waiting 8 business days and repeated attempts to communicate with them about this sketchy bait and switch and the lack of shipping notification via email, i reached out to them via phone call. I was told it needed to be escalated.

After my concern was "escalated", i received no follow up to any of my emails and no response regarding my phone call. I had to call back a second time to follow up and was told i would receive a response on the following monday. Instead, with no explanation, i received an automated order cancellation! Still no attempt made on their end to communicate with me.

Now since the item was now being marketed on their site at a reduced price with no information on shipping delays, i placed a new order for the same item immediately. The following day i received an email with some details stating they had no inventory and would not be receiving any inventory until 2026. Due to this, i responded asking them to cancel my new order. I didnt understand why they would put the item on sale and push it when they couldnt fulfill it.. Well the information they provided regarding their lack of inventory was obviously a lie and they spitefully canceled my order due to my requests for assistance because, surprise surprise, the following day, my new order shipped.

I will be promptly returning upon receipt as i bought the item from the actual source for much cheaper and did not have to jump through any hoops to go through the process. Naturalizer has lost a customer for life. Never again. Its been too many times now that ive had to deal with the terrible customer service and the quality just isnt what it used to be.. I know this item that i bought elsewhere is quality because i know and trust the brand but Naturalizer made products, steer clear!!

Order shipped to an unknown Third-Party address

I ordered from Naturalizer. The next day the shipping notice showed delivery to an address in Ontario, even though my Naturalizer account lists my correct address in Quebec on the order.

My first two calls resulted in blind transfers to the delivery carrier without warning. On the next call I was told the shipping details could not be changed. After escalation a supervisor mirrored my account and confirmed it shows my Quebec address, but said the shipment was routed to Ontario. I was advised i have to wait 11 more days before filing a lost-shipment claim, and to pay again and reorder in the meantime. No.

My request is straightforward:
1. Reship the items I already paid for to the correct address in Quebec, with expedited shipping and written tracking confirmation, or
2. Refund in full now.

I also raised privacy and data security concerns and asked for confirmation that my account has been secured. This has been a very disappointing experience, this was my first and will be my last order. I will update this review if Naturalizer resolves this issue quickly and responsibly.

Worst customer service ever

Customer representative are very unprofessional and talks in a very disrespectful way. I have never dealt with a well known brand with such a very disrespectful way.

PLEASE READ THIS. I have never dealt with such bad customer service. I advise anyone who wants to order shoes on line to think twice. I ordered my first pair and they were fine. I ordered a second pair, based on the confortable fit of the first pair, but they were not good at all. Very uncomfortable and too small. What it took to return the shoes was a lot of red tape. I didn't know that they charge you $8.00 for returns. i didn't know that there are no more stores open because going to one would have been much easier. I spoke to a lady on the phone and she was rude, not nice at all and very impatient. In fact, she hung up on me during the conversation about how to do the return. Anyway, after I shipped out the shoes, I waited and waited for my refund. I didn't get one until I had to call customer service to check the status of my order. It was the phone call that prompted them to administer my refund. I was on hold for 46 minutes. Wow they must be so busy with customer inquiries. My expereince was unpleasant and ultimately i just got a bad feeling in my gut. I will never deal with them again.

my boot go-to!

I wish they still did returns to the store. But also, I have never had to return anything!!

Just KILLED my everyday Chelsea boots from them, wore them for YEARS, and they were still waterproof and sturdy. But they started to go (again, after YEARS of wear!)

Ordered new ones, diff style. Love them too!!!

Sandals look and feel hella nice too, so I'm a happy camper! :)

I bought Blondo Samira boots at Naturalizer Canada August 18, 2023. The delivery was swift, the boots are beautiful, customer service was helpful, got a discount on purchasing online. Will shop there again and recommend this store. Shopped there in person before at Naturalizer store in Ottawa thats why I decided to shop online at their store and I was not disappointed at all, boots were packaged and delivered to front door, no problem whatsoever with the boots, with package, with delivery or with the customer service purchasing from Naturalizer.ca

Worst Customer Service I have ever experienced!

I was sent a damaged/used pair of boots. They refused an exchange. Told me I needed to return the boots and repurchase. I am unable to send my boots back with purolator as we are on lockdown and they are not allowing entry into the facility to do my delivery. I called Naturalizer to explain my predicament (very respectfully) and she hung up on me after telling me there’s nothing they can do about it! I was shocked at the response and the lack of customer support I was offered. I am stuck with damaged boots that I paid a lot for. I will never purchase from them again.

DO NOT BUY FROM NATURALIZER

DO NOT BUY FROM NATURALIZER! I ordered a pair of shoes, waited a week to receive them; only to receive an email that my order was canceled because they didn't have enough inventory. Very disappointing.
