NaturalPetWarehouse.com Avis

Utterly outstanding! So thoughtful and what a beautiful story. Also they sent a kind personalized note apologizing for an order being out of stock with an immediate refund (which was so immediate it was within hours of placing the order.)

Thank you for your kindness, may your business and family be blessed.

I just wished to say that Natural Pet Warehouse is phenomenal. This is actually my second order with them and I am sooooooo very happy to have found them! Wow! What an incredible selection of items that they carry!! I ordered for the first time in December of last year and this is my second order in June 2026!!! I am so pleased with the ease of using their website, with the way listings are displayed as in stock and they ship quite fast!!! I feed my pets freeze dried food and treats and they offer so many high quality options, particularly those of a limited ingredient nature! Additionally, I love that it is only $50.00 that you need to spend to qualify for free shipping versus $150.00 minimum with some other companies who also offer Green Juju, which is one of our favorite brands! Green Juju is out of this world and we are so thrilled that Natural Pet Warehouse based in Pennsylvania carries this product line! On a final note, our family is so honored to support not only a small business based in the USA but a business that allows a family to work together in harmony, each and every day! Bless you all at Natural Pet Warehouse! May the universe shine upon all of your efforts! Great company and a conscientious mode of doing business promoting healthier pet options!

My service is always fast and accurate which is rare these days. When I had a question it was answered promptly. The product I order is always in stock when I order 5-6 bags at a time.

Natural Pet Warehouse provides outstanding service. All deliveries are always on time. Thank you again for your wonderful service.

This was my second time buying Steve's Real Food (which my chiweenie (mini dachshund-chihuahua) loves) from them and I don't regret.
The delivery is fairly fast and reliable (they even add a note and a cookie for the dog's "parents", what a nice touch!).
Once I read their story and got to know they are a small family-owned business, it was then a done deal for me.
I'm only buying from them for now on. :-)
Thanks Brandon, Kelly, Caydon & Caleb.
Keep up the good work!

The purchasing experience was okay. My dog didn’t like the dried green beans but he won’t eat steak so?

My Yellow Labrador Retriever adores the Freeze Dried Green Mussels and I know they are so good for him as a supplement. He has already learned the word “mussel” and whenever I ask him if he wants a mussel he gets excited. Right now he is having 3 a day but I’m going to up that to four for some therapeutic effect since he is now 6 and I’ve started to introduce several potential supplements including green mussel and turkey tail mushroom powder along with a probiotic and a hip and joint wafer daily. He is my whole world and I want to help him stay healthy. Your product is helping with that passion.

The products are great and delivered very quickly. Quality products and customer service is outstanding.

Excellent product selection of more “natural “, non-ultra processed foods and treats for pets. Accessories and other items are of ecological consideration. Orders are fulfilled, and shipped expeditiously; usually received within two days. Human treats are a lovely touch! Support small businesses and not the behemoths!

I have ordered all my cockapoo's favorite treats, especially the Bellyrubs chicken strips from this great family-owned business for many years. Their service and products are exceptional. All items are packed well and shipped quickly. If you have a question, your phone call is returned promptly. I will continue to support this great business!

My dogs love these treats. They are always fresh and I use them as their high value treats for training

Fast shipping and good follow up.

The customer service has been excellent. Brandon the owner has called me twice. They have had in stock a product that I have not been able to been find. They are great to work with. A very nice family.

I ordered some great natural dried lung snacks that are difficult to find where I live. They came quickly, the price was excellent, the packaging was good. Great experience overall. I will keep purchasing through naturalpetwarehouse and definitely recommend them to anyone else.

I ordered 2 Nupro containers from Natural Pet Warehouse. The price was good and everything arrived in good condition and quickly. I will be reordering from this company again.

Wonderful personal touch!! I always receive my shipment within a day or 2 max!!! They carry a lot of hard to find products! Very pleased with this company
