NaturalPetWarehouse.com Avis

My NaturalPetWarehouse experiences have always been the best. I always support small businesses. Food gets delivered in a timely manner and the quality control is great. There has never been any issues so I haven’t dealt with customer service at all.

Family run business that has it all together. They offer a wide variety of products including an obscure supplement my dog needs. Quick ship, well packed, never had any issues buying from them. Highly recommend this site!

I actually ordered the wrong item, but they may return, refund and reissue of the correct product easy!

This was my first time ordering from Natural Pet Warehouse. My senior kitty has gut issues and Adored Beast’s Feline Gut Soothe for Cats has helped her. I usually buy it locally but they were out of stock. I appreciated the prompt delivery and reasonable price. I even received a surprise cookie treat…for me! I have no doubt I will be a repeat customer!

Natural Pet Warehouse is by far the best place to buy your pets food. They have a great selection at great prices. Shipping has always been quick and we've never experienced any delays. I love that this is family owned and that they include a little treat for the human in each box. Such a nice, personable touch.

Natural Pet Warehouse and Brandon had excellent communication and reached out immediately to rectify an issue with our order which we greatly appreciated! Wonderful company.

Natural Pet Warehouse is the best! Product has arrived promptly and packed so that there is no damage. We order Pro Balls for our dogs routinely and have never been disappointed in NPW to carry out our orders. Special bonus in the human cookie treat. My husband actually looks forward to receiving the package!

I had looked everywhere for the product I needed for my dog and was able to find it at Natural Pet Warehouse and they had it in the mail in a day. Will look here first next time! Good service, great customer relations.

I purchased Aroma Dog Brilliance Coat Conditioner. This was recommended by my vet to treat my dog’s allergies and itching. I could only find this product at Naturalpetwarehouse. This is a family business, which I prefer to support when I can.

Natural pet warehouse provided excellent service. When the items I ordered could not be delivered because of the mail being stopped at my Airbnb., Natural pet warehouse agreed to resend the product UPS. They were wonderful to work with. I will definitely order from them again.

Natural Pet Warehouse had the all meat protein treats that I needed. My Siberian Forest cat loves them just as much as the more expensive brand that I have been purchasing elsewhere. The delivery was very prompt and this will be my go to in the future! Thanks!

Very responsive. Very transparent. Left a medsage and owner personally calls back. Every one of my orders were handled like its their most important order. Great customer service.

Family business. Unique products. Fast shipping.

Amazing Company & Products!! I live in a ski resort town. Everything is super expensive, more so here than just the worldly increase in everything. We have very wealthy 2nd & 3rd homeowners that drive our prices up. That being said, we have healthy products available to us for our 4 legged family members, at a huge cost. The lamb lung is so much more affordable and as high a quality of the products here in the Valley. So thankful to be a part of this families journey & to have high quality products sold with Love. Thank you Brandon, Kelly, Caydon & Caleb! You are a true Blessing!!

I purchased a product for my puppy's wellbeing that I couldn't find anywhere else. I was surprised and grateful at how soon it arrived.

Will post an update on the actual product after we have used it for a while.

Great company. We love all of the items we purchased and received all quickly. Love the wool balls.

I was very pleased with my experience as i have never purchased from Natural Pet Warehouse and the price for the item i purchased was lower than most other retailers and the shipping was quick!
I will purchase again and would recommend!

We purchased treats for my dog after buying her the same brand on vacation. We were unable to find them locally, so I was happy to find them on the Natural Pet Warehouse’s website. The online shopping experience was easy and shipping was fast. I will definitely purchase from them again.

I have been ordering from Natural Pet Warehouse for a year or more now, and the customer service and prompt shipment of my orders (EVERY TIME), is absolutely amazing! I am a lifelong customer!

We have made several purchases from NaturalPetWarehouse and each time the customer service is excellent and the shipping is fast. We will keep coming back.
