Natural Stone Online Avis

10/10! How refreshing to deal with such a lovely company, the service has been absolutely excellent. Called Matty to chat through options and he couldn’t have been more helpful, I also needed to change the delivery date last minute, which was no bother to them. I am so happy with the quality of the product and I would not hesitate to use again in the future or recommend to family and friends. Thank you!

This company has been absolutely excellent. Top quality product which has helped transform my kitchen. The best customer service EVER! I had to change the delivery date which was no hassle and the delivery company was very good. Matty went above and beyond to help with a couple of extra tiles I needed at short notice and I greatly appreciated his efforts to help. I would highly recommend this company.

Ordered stone floor tiles for our whole downstairs. They look great are hard wearing and make a real feature of the space. Highly recommend this company quick delivery and great customer service.

This Stone was purchased for the floor of a Sunroom. Price of the Stone very competitive and service and delivery very good. The tiles were excellent quality and look fantastic now all laid.

Great products, on time delivery, excellent technical assistance when needed.

Excellent customer service from Matty at Natural Stone. We ordered Jorvik Grey Antiqued Limestone based on the website images and samples issued. Absolutely beautiful product. Delivery was prompt and packaged very well (there were no broken tiles)
Overall, outstanding experience and we will not hesitate to use again. Thank you

I was looking for an authentic flagstone floor, and spent a long time trailing around tile shops. I had several different samples from Natural stone. It was a bit of a gamble as I don't usually buy un seen but I'm so please with my new floor. I went for MinsterAntiquued Limestone and they look fantastic, the colours are just what I was looking for to blend in with my old cottage. They look like they have always been there. Natural stone ordering was easy, I thought I would have to wait until July for more stock to come in but they sorted it quicker than I thought. The whole process was smooth from ordering to delivery. Matty has been quick to reply to emails and helpful. Would definitely recommend 😄

Fabulous company to work with, amazing service and competitive rates comes highly recommended very polite staff
5 stars all the way

Matty has been phenomenal to work with, responsive to all queries within minutes of e-mail or telephone exchanges.

I was pleased when selecting our natural stone, the website suggested the grout colour. After purchase, I also received detailed and clear care instructions.

The stone is exceptionally beautiful, beyond imagination.

Brilliant !!. The Director, Matty is just the absolute best to deal with. I was an awkward customer from the start - I needed more samples to get a better picture, no problem. Then I ordered and needed lonnnnnng storage - again, no problem at all, even when I overshot by 2 months or more as my building works were delayed. Not even a nudge from Matty. Received our shipment this week - two days after I called and asked for delivery. The limestone tiles are stunning. So well crated, wrapped and presented. Finally, I needed advice about the BEST protection after laying - and again, email to Matty, and a call the same day with sterling advice. Faultless. I cannot praise this company highly enough. We'll be back, for sure.

Really good quality product. So happy with the end result. And the customer service was brilliant too. Highly recommend.

Friendly, professional, and knowledgeable service, great product, and a competitive price. Couldn’t ask for anything more.

Exceptional service provided by the Buckley branch in particular Vickie who went above and beyond to ensure we got the right granite - nothing was too much trouble for her and the choice of granite and quartz is impressive - we are delighted with our purchase

very competitive pricing and super fast delivery. A local supplier of the natural stone I ordered was charging literally twice the price for the same product. The person that I placed the order with even helped tracked the delivery to ensure I was available to take the delivery.

Excellent company to deal with, a beautiful product supplied at a very competitive price. Delivered on planned date, close to property. Matty Heath, in particular, is very knowledgeable, friendly and prompt with invoices, receipts etc. Would use again and always recommend.

Excellent - quick and responsive service.

Good price, excellent limestone tiles, good communication. They were happy to store the tiles for me, until we were ready in our project. Highly recommend...
